Yet AGAIN FNB has deducted minimum payment from my credit card - for NO reason. Did this a couple of months ago - it was their error - corrected it after multiple calls at my expense! How does this happen ?
What a pleasure - Checkers Emmarentia always has great service, shelves are well stocked and staff are happy to help. I have found since the lockdown that they are, if possible, even more helpful, which under the stressful circumstances we find ourselves in, is amazing. Thank you - from your security and staff at the door, to the check-out and help with my parcels you are going the extra mile ! Amazing work .. thank you !
It is always wonderful to have a local greengrocer and this one has so much more - it is a family run business and it tells ! The owners are always present and go out of their way to assist with even the most unusual requests. They have a wide range of fruit and veg, nuts and seeds and health foods, some imported foodstuffs too and of course amazing biltong and superb butchery - it is truly a delight and almost anything you want is there. They also do a HUGE amount for the community and charities - really an amazing store .. THANK YOU
This is long overdue - but want to commend the SANBS staff at the Craighall Colony Centre - they are amazing ... when I was there a young woman became very distressed, the staff were kind, patient and so helpful ensuring that she was not embarrassed and that her young daughter was not upset. UNBELIEVABLE service - it is the ONLY place I go to give blood - people make the business and it is certainly true in this case << THANK YOU !
The Perfect Cup has recently been extended - offering more seating, it's own loo and a small, enclosed play area for kids. Bongani, the barister is amazing - making the best iced coffee in town from their own roastery. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming and the Owner is almost always there - she is vivacious and popular with her clients. Jazz on a Saturday morning adds a cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a great spot to stop in during the week to breathe (and smell the aroma of fresh roasted coffee), catch up with friends or just pass the time reading or relaxing. If you haven't been, do take the time to pop in.
<p>I am appalled - my mother has had various MTN contracts over the years but recently was called by an agent asking if she wanted to renew her contract - she said she thought she did and the agent confirmed someone would come to see her to have the necessary docs signed. My mother is EIGHTY FOUR and no-one explained the costing process to her and NO-ONE arrived. When my sister queried the cost of the contract she was told the new contract was signed .. she spent 4 hours on the phone only to be told the next day that the agents she had spoken to the previous day were not authorized to make any changes and had not done so. She and my elderly mother then went to the MTN shop at the Pavillion where after ages were told they could not help. Only when my mom began to cry in desperation did they commit to help .. SADLY still not finalized a month later !!! </p>
<p>My husband gave me a GHD Platinum in Feb 2016 and it recently stopped working - I contacted GHD & sent them through all the necessary documentation - they collected my faulty GHD and delivered a new one as promised and in the time period they agreed to. BRILLIANT customer service - thank you CANDICE WHITTAKER for your superb and friendly service. </p>
To whom it may concern<br> <br> <br> I have travelled from Jhb to Richmond to sign power of attorney for my 95 year old Aunt - I asked three different people what paperwork I need - I also need to tell you I have banked with ABSA my entire life .. Then am told I don't need a bank account at ABSA but my ID book must for some reason match my account number and I need an original marriage certificate - this after an hour in the queue and after asking what documents I need. <br> Shocking, unhelpful service - they offered no solutions and this is the second time after ABSA Sandton City failed to courier my documents successfully. <br> I doubt it matters but both my Aunt and I will be closing our ABSA accounts. <br> <br>
Just wanted to send a quick note to say what brilliant service I received from the VW Hyde Park branch yesterday - NONDUMISO MAHLANGU was absolutely brilliant.<br> I arrived yesterday morning and was told my car was not booked in for a service - although I had changed the booking twice I was absolutely sure I had a confirmed my booking for yesterday.<br> Fortunately, before I could start waving my arms around, Dumi overheard me talking and asked my name, she immediately responded confirming that my car was in fact booked in for a service, I was right and she was aware of the change.<br> When I went to collect my car she was efficient, polite and exuded professionalism - she certainly understands and lives customer service. VW should be proud to have her on their team.<br> <br> Thank you again, so appreciate her support and friendly can-do attitude !<br>
I recently went on a business trip to Durban and flew in late afternoon - as always I was in a rush... I was about to pull out of the parking when a ghastly thought crossed my mind - I had NO cash for the toll - not unusual for me !<br> I scrabbled around my purse and handbag (simultaneously doing a brilliant impression of a mad banshee) and managed to find a couple of coins-- one of the Bidvest gentlemen approached me to ask if I needed help. He probably thought I needed help of the straight jacket type but he was polite enough not to mention this ! <br> I enquired as to the cost of the toll &
