DISSAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. My daughter signed up with Cultural Care to be an Au Pair in the USA. She matched with the family and all the necessary fees were paid IN FULL and documents completed. The visa application was also paid IN FULL UPFRONT as per requirement. Unfortunately the embassy DENIED her visa and the VISA application fee was forfeited. CC refused to allow her another chance to re-apply for her visa even though her host family were waiting for her. CC are very unfair as other AU PAIR agencies allow you up to 5 tries to apply for your visa because the embassy can deny you entry for no actual reason as per our experience. DO NOT enroll with Cultural Care or if you do, make sure you opt for the insurance so you can get back your agency fee.
Clicks lack of customer service is outright frustrating. I have lodged 3 separate complaints over the past 3 months and each I have to follow up as feedback is practically non existent! my latest encounter is with an online order that was placed on 25 Nov during Black Friday and till date I have not received my full order. The website tracker is unhelpful and the store never answers their phone. In fact they pick up the phone and drop it immediately !!! Total lack of customer appreciation. if i could I would rate them minus stars !!!
Extremely bad customer service. Still no feedback received on my query from over a month ago regarding my upgrade.
Complaint about upgrade gift not received as promised. Upon trying to upgrade via their website which showed a free gift bundle, the site didn't work therefore I phoned the call center who advised they would assist. Gugu completed the upgrade telephonically and assured me I would receive 2 gift bundles for the 2 contracts I upgraded. Handsets arrived but without gifts. I have called everyday since and registered a complaint query but no one has bothered to respond. This is a sham to trap customers into upgrading and then tell them no stock. Very upset.
I had a contract with this company for 2 years. They debited my bank account every month literally as my salary went into my bank account. In December my line was disconnected and upon my calling them I was told that the line was changed to a Prepaid line as the contract was due to end 31 Jan 2019. However I also did not receive my airtime allocation for Dec 2018 and Jan 2019 - to date. I have made too many calls chasing this matter up but they simply push the buck from one consultant to another and their managers are always in meetings - nobody ever calls back. I was assured that i would receive the airtime at the end of Jan and when that didn't happen I was told 09 Feb. Still nothing. The customer service is despicable to say the least!
Data has vanished and all my airtime depleted! This is unacceptable. The call centre agents are located all over SA and keep referring to another who they cannot seem to locate when you call back. I got through to Cape Town, JHB and KZN all in the space of 20 minutes and 4 calls later!!! Still query not resolved but I received an SMS stating query is resolved and I must rate their service! Ludicrous!! Now there are 2 cases open but neither resolved. Initial query logged 5 days ago. A manager needs to call me ASAP to resolve this query.
<p>Lodged a claim at the end of March for building insurance. 2 months and 4 contractors later I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. Now i am told that there is confusion between the contractors and that their own building assessor will come out to assess the damage! 2 days gone by since that conversation and still waiting for someone to contact me. What nonsense ! When i've been told by various consultants - spoke to 9 different people during this ordeal - that the claim has been approved and work will commence! Unbelievable.</p>
<p>ordered a washing machine part 2 weeks ago only to receive the incorrect part a week ago. The staff didn't bother to check the part and ensure it is the correct part. I still have not received the correct part, after being assured that I would on Wednesday already. Today is Friday. I spoke to the store manager this morning but I'm still waiting for her to phone me bac**** this is unacceptable especially when their warehouse is only 15min away!</p>
I visited the Athlone Steers on 05 Jan & purchased the cheesy chips. While waiting for it, my 6 yr old daughter needed to go to the loo. Only to find that there wasn't any toilet paper. I went to the teller to ask for toilet paper and she said no. I then asked her for serviettes and she said \serviettes only come with the meals"and refused to give me any. After demanding the serviettes for my chips she eventually gave it to me. When I asked for her manager she said he wasn't there. I then asked for her name and after hesitating gave me a fake name of Pume when in fact the till slip showed Beauty Mthiyane. Today I happened to go back there and purchased 2 Wacky Wednesday specials when I saw Rishi the manager. I have contacted Cell C on 5 different occasions since June ( I have all the reference numbers) to make arrangements to pay for my contract after they failed to cap my data line and to date no-one has contacted me!!! Now they decided to suspend my line! This is outrageous! I am taking responsibility for their mess up in the first place and the least they can do is make contact! every time I called I was told that someone from the correct department will call me, but nothing! and each time I called back with the previous ref #, I was told the case has been \RESOLVED"HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???? This is unacceptable! Someone needs to call me urgently to \""RESOLVE\"" this issue once and for all. """
