After 3 attempt for same fault and still failing service consultants pass you to foreman as they tire of your complaints and manager too busy to attend to problems no wonder comeback in the order of the day
Paying a ridiculous amount for an overnight delivery from Gauteng to Eastern Cape After 48 hour no delivery and when a follow up is done they claim their overnight policy is 2 to 3 days not sure how that classify as overnight maybe they should call it over Nights. Then all branches start to report Cape Town state it with Ceres; Ceres states its with Paarl; and Paarl says its with a third-party they do not delivery in the area however just as they failed to indicate its not an overnight delivery they also don't state the area is out of bound. Now we don't know where the parcel is the content is most probably spoiled and broken due to a week passed and the over night is still not delivered nor do we know if it ever will. So this is a fraudulent company that not only misinterpret the service they offer they overcharge to a ridiculous amount and hide behind call centre emails no once brave enough to answer phone calls and admit to their miserable behaviour
HOW do one deal with Telkom - In July 2020 I moved from one premises to another I have tried to make contact with Telkom since May 2020 to give notice of termination when calling the call center you been put on hold by the electronic answering service for hours until your airtime was run out, when you try and mail the accounts decision its returns undeliverable. So I looked on the internet and use about 6 different e-mail address I could get hold of and send notice of termination. NO REPLY today I receive a call centre call informing me they are going to sue me I exspained that I have been trying to terminate to service I was told to phone 10210 or pay the consultant cant help me. I there customer service consultants still in Telkom that can evaluate data and assist one to terminate the service an make a corrective action some one that is not using a tick box system this can take month to get to court which I will definitely win the case in the mean time this effecting me credit score which I would like to resolve so anyone please let me know how you cancelled your telkom contract.
I order a product in December 2018, to date I have not received any product nor a refund numerous mail from and to customer care with empty promises still no product, in the mean time the advert for this product keep on going viral so how is it possible that they can be the biggest con artist and still get away with it. They also the every so useless DHL company who can't even take down a reference number over the phone and last updated the tracking information in May
I order product from Keto dispatch office in Denver US the so called tracking system from DHL was last updated on the 20th May 2019 I have now been trying to call the customer care center to establish where the parcel is and has been referred to between 7 different operators just to final get to some one that as soon as I call the reference number by the 5th characters stopped me because the number is too complicated for her to capture and once again tried to transfer me to another consultant. Is their anyone in DHL competent enough to trace a parcel and give a customer feedback
I would really appreciated some urgent assistance, as I am trying since the beginning of February to move a booking we did with a Buyers Award voucher and is transferred from one consultant to another from one company to another.<br> <br> My husband is diagnosed with cancer and started radiotherapy on Monday for 2 weeks unfortunately this falls over the week we booked and we cannot delay or reschedule this treatment.<br> <br> Please assist in moving the booking of 26/02/2016 - 04/03/2016 to 03/06/2016 -010/06/2016 or advise any other available dates.<br> <br> Thank you<br>
We had an business account with Standardbank for the past +/- 10 years due to my husbands ille health our company is not as active as it us to be but still have income annually. In 2014 Standard bank close our business account without consulting or prior notice, after 4 weeks of battling they reinstated the account, but all service statements bank cards etc we could never get reinstate the banker Solly never response to mails and when we visit the bank over weekends he is never available for a consultation. in July 2015 a service consultant phoned us to request we Rica the account which we did by sending all supporting documentation to our business banker. In September I could not access our internet bank and sent an inquiry through but like always got no assistance from our banker. December this year we needed to use the account just to informed that the account was once again close without notification. An official query was open on the 23rd with a promise that this will be resolved within 5-7 days. To date nothing has been done to resolve and despite the daily e-mail being sent to banker and call centre.
I took my vehicle to Bosch Centurion 28/04/2015 for a regular service trusting that if I use a know name brand my vehicle will be in good hands. The following day my car break down due to a failure with the cooling system which never used a drop of water before it went for a service. I only got my vehicle back today 7/5/2015. <br> <br> Hardly driving 30km my car breaks down once again this time some oil system which seems like it was not properly tied up when the cooling system was repaired also my car only used oil when it is changed during services. My car which never had any mechanical problems now had 2 major breakdown since it has been to Bosh which is my opinion is due to faulty workmanship.<br> <br> Trying to call the customer care line 0861 267 247 to report this service centre no answer in 3 hours of trying. Trying to send a mail no response. How can a company with such a well know name delivery such poor service.<br> <br> Guys please don't use this service station no one takes responsibility your car will be damaged and you will have no high authority to assist in solving a branding problem.
