This company does not care about harassing people. They have phoned me numerous times about upgrading my wife' contract and each time I tell not to phone me again, and to delete my number. It never happens and they even phone the next day again. I want the CEO to phone me and explain why I should not proceed with a case of harassment at the police station. Herman Pretorius

For the past 3 months I have phoned Cell C about the amount of SMS notifications that I receive each time my contract is close to - or has reached it's limit. I know there is a limit, since I requested it, I do not see the point in getting 6-8 SMS's in the span of one hour each time that I am close to my limit, I have asked several times and have logged numerous complaints about this, but my requests gets ignored and I am still waiting for them to phone me back on a call that I made this morning. I am also waiting on the technical department to contact me as I requested last month. Since I have a contract for two years, I cannot just cancel my contract, since I would be liable to pay the entire amount for the rest of the period, I would however like to give formal notice that I will not continue my contract after the two years have lapsed and I will be switching to a new provider. Sincerely, an ignored customer.

I was contacted today by a company called Life Cycle Management on behalf of 1Life, selling life insurance.

I am registered on the Direct marketing ***ociation national opt out service, which means that I do not want to be bothered. They said they got my number from a company called STARNET, I asked for a contact number for Starnet and they said they would get back to me. This has not happened and I am sick and tired of companies phoning me with nosense.

On Saturday 20 February I received yet another call from Green Connect - MTN, with an offer for a new contract. I asked the lady to put me through to a manager as this is the 4th time that they have phoned me and I have told them before that they should stop phoning me. She told me to hold on and then she ended the call. Nice going Pwice, next time don't do such a dumb thing if you gave me your name.
I want a few things now:
1. I was contacted with offers for cellphone upgrades by Mondo Mobile, upon asking them where they got my number from, they told me that they purchased it from Telegenix Trading. Now I would like to know what gives Telegenix the right to sell my number, as I am not a client of theirs and I am registered with the National Opt Out service and have been for over a year now. Further more I want to know where they got my number in the first place.
On 4 November 2015 I received an email for a subscription to the DriveClub that Europcar has. Not only do I want nothing to do with Europcar ever again in my life, due to a bad experience with them, but I am also registered with the direct marketing association of SA and have been for over a year now. So kindly explain the following two things for me:
1. Why are you contacting me when I am registered on the National Opt Out service?
2. Where did you get my email?
I received an SMS from [URL Removed] with an offer that they can beat my car insurance. I am registered with with the Direct marketing association of SA, thus I should not be getting any advertisements of any kind to my cell phone or to my email. I would like to know where they got my number.
