I have just renewed 3 Business contracts... I took years to get My Vodacom to work like I needed it. Last week my Vodacom forces me to go to VodaPay as a replacenent - great it must be better.. After 15 minutes trying to find My Products... It say sit must open My Vodacom, which of course fails... I eventually find what I need after been offered new everything.... save it to homescreen and now it opens some other random page offering me all sorts of **** . I guess I have a cooling off time on my new contracts. Fuming.
Why oh why does pnp have a veg special of 4 of R140 etc. I think of the 10 to 20 time we have purchased a special it has failed at least 75% of the time.. We waste so much time checking all the components but somehow always miss out. With the great innovation of emailed invoices one cannot check before leaving the store and store managers do not reply to emails. Guess its time to move to checkers..
On the whole Takelot is great.... BUT when they get it wrong they get it wrong. I order 3 by Simparca in October They delivered 1 I returned it and wanted my other 2 They delivered 1 I returned it and wanted my other 2 They delivered 1 I am now trying to get them to refund my initial purchase... In the mean time I cannot treat my dogs against ticks... Will they pay my possible vets bills?

If you ever want anything delivered in a hurry , don't use Fastway... They are as pathetic as it comes... Never deliver on time last delivery played ping pong between JHB and Pretoria , when moaned at my supplier they were shocked.. Eventually overnight parcel made it within a week.. Now I have a collection as a customer you would think they know where I am .. Maybe my next shipment will be all my unused bags back to HQ.. I am now saturated
Ok so if you saw the Turfmaster complaint, there fault was not sending me a tracking number... and possibly for using a courier company of whom I AM AND HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS but they cant find me.... about 75% of deliveries do the tour de Gauteng before eventually arriving ..... I have contacted the depot manager at JHB numerous times.. he has fixed it .... HA HA..
Very poor service On line order and payment last Wednesday, for OVERNIGHT delivery .... ha ha .. they do not respond to queries on why not delivered, no tracking number supplied.... Will i use them again?????
Please check your debits vs your invoice on pnp online. I have been severely overcharged both times.
So great with Covid I am allocated a payment holiday on my company CC.. great all that mean is they will carry on cahrging fees and interest , remove the use of the card.. Cool so how on earth do I benefit? I still paid my account in full and now have a piece of plastic that I can't use. Oh no you have to re-anablea it.. Utter BS as far as I am concerned. I am really getting fed up now..
