I am very annoyed I have been transferred over 10 times and they eventually dropped the phone . This is the service we getting from a state of the art medical facility they should be ashamed of them selfs healthworx carlswald. I eventually spoke to a sister (lindiwe) think that's her name and she said she is just getting my file and will call back till now still waiting
The most ****** rude staff ever to be told they are doing us a favor even if we pay doesn't help them, just because we told them they inspecting the dog why must we keep our puppy mouth open and feel for things,
this is the worse place ever. there are 5 clubs in the midrand area. but you cannot access them if you signed up at 1 club. we are paying so much money monthly and they are failing us, equipment is all out dated if a machine breaks it take 6 weeks to get fixed. but skip 1 payment than they on you like flies.Why cant we have access to other clubs without paying seeing we already paying?

We bought a brand new haval julion 2024 super deluxe the car has not even 3000km on the clock since we took ownership of the car the car is making an awful sound when applying breaks the car went to haval 4 times and they don't seem to knw what's the problem.we called haval ondekkers where we bought the car from and the treatment we got wow unbelievable we still waiting for a return call cause the person that was supposed to listen to us was too busy and this is 3 weeks later.our car is now at haval midrand since Thursday and they can't seem to find the problem even after they changed the breaking system. Personally haval afterwards is very very very bad and this is not what we expected.everyone when u call push u around no one is willing to accept responsibility and this is a brand new car.
A huge thank you to the staff and branch manager of Absa San Ridge Square in Midrand. This is only my 2nd time where i see a branch manager and staff putting their clients first, going the extra mile for their clients. Mrs Moodley was running from one corner of the branch to the next. Helping clients together with her team, apologising to us for waiting so long to be serviced. It was clear that there is not enough staff in that branch to handle the amount clients walking into that branch needing service. My plea is that head office take note of these ladies and give them the men power needed to service the absa clients.... Customer service plays a big role. A well serviced client will refer other people to absa and thus the brand will grow.
On a month end long queue 3 tellers. Yet a pharmacist decide to jump the line, a manager didn't even say anything he just went and assisted her with a personal purchase. When I complained he just looked at me and told the lady. She just turned and gave a remark. When I got to the cashier I told him what they doing is unfair and all he said was that the guy who helped her is a manager. This ******* needs to end. All of us in the line needed to be helped it was bad enough only 3 tellers.
I have ordered a t shirt 2 weeks ago from this company SVA WEAR . I called I was told my t shirt is ready and would be delivered shortly. I went out of the country came back and still no delivery. Tried calling the owner, cellphone off. Doesn't respond to whatsapp or emails. Guess it's just another ****
I have never seen such a bunch on inconsiderate lazy cashiers working at Mr Price Boulders. Instead of helping the people in the line they are rude and standing having conversations. They must remember they are giving the brand "Mr Price" a bad name. I will not advice anyone to use that Mr Price again....

The tone of her voice and the attitude wow... Now i know why people say virgin active is just hiring people for the sake of BEE . I am disgusted and so disappointed in the brand.
