I ordered a fan on the 21st of June. I called to follow up to check on the status of delivery and was told they do not have stock and that it was expected to arrive within the same week. I was advised I would receive the fan on Friday the 27th of June or Monday the 30th of June. Nothing has arrived! I emailed to follow up and have received no further updates. How can you guys sell something that you don’t even have in the first place and then give the clients no updates regarding receiving stock? I thought they would be a reputable company seeing as they are associated with Payflex but that is definitely not the case. I will be reporting them to payflex as well, especially after seeing all these negative reviews about the company. I want my money back as I can see this fan will never arrive and it’s just a lie to **** people out of their hard earned money!!
I received a very suspicious email today from MTN stating that I was attempting to open a new MTN account. I also received an sms from MTN with a OTP. This is extremely disturbing as I did not apply for any account/contract with MTN whatsoever. I immediately googled the contact number and Fraud email. I emailed the fraud department notifying them and received a reply to say that I must call the number provided and speak to a consultant. I called the number provided 3 times and there are absolutely no options to speak to someone! This is extremely frustrating as here I am dealing with a potential Identity theft situation and there is absolutely no one to speak too! This is shocking service! How can you not have anyone available to speak to regarding fraud issues?? This needs to be addressed immediately! What FICA process is even carried out to ensure you are speaking to the correct person??
I am so frustrated with the fact that something went wrong with my payment on my credit card. The debit order came off on the 26th of April and was never included in my available balance on my credit card. The payment went straight out of my credit card which never happens! I called to notify FNB about this and was told everything was in order. My statement closed last night and now I see my available balance is more than R2000 less than what it is supposed to be. I am so irritated as speaking to a consultant is useless as they cannot seem to assist me!!
I am so shocked and disappointed with my recent order from Superbalist. My first order was cancelled without any contact. They stated delivery was attempted twice, which was a lie as we found out that the order had in fact not even left their warehouse in Cape town . How superbalist think it’s acceptable to simply cancel an order and refund without even contacting a customer is digusting to say the least . I then escalated the matter trying to prevent them from selling the stock which fell on def ears. Fortunately I had the money to reorder while waiting for my refund, which I might as well add takes a week to receive! I reorder the unit and finally today I come home feeling all excited that this terrible service experience has come to and end, only to find they sent me half the unit!! Yes that’s right!! They sent a head board with no bed base! Absolutely pathetic service in the first instance and you would think they would make sure the second time round that nothing would go wrong? Further to that no compensation has been made for the terrible experience either? No surprise that when I called the call centre guess what the response was “ we can refund you !!!!!!!!” “Oh maybe the supplier didn’t give us the full set “ . How can your blame everyone else but yourself superbalist?? Refunding paying customers for not supplying the order is not acceptable!! This also shows that the item was not even checked before it left the warehouse!! I want what I paid for- twice!!
I am very disappointed that your rewards program has been practically non existent the past few months. I have spent a fortune over the past 3 months and I have received nothing in return. When I place my orders online a note at the bottom of the screen states that the rewards system is offline and it will be updated at a later stage, but the problem is that the rewards are never loaded on my profile. I spent over R7000 in August, over R5000 in July and this month I have already spent R1500. How can I not be getting anything back for all these purchases? This is really unacceptable and I am very upset about this.
I was very excited to see an up to 50% sale this morning. When I went though the items I came across the Angels bed which I had been looking at for a while now. The problem is that this item was not marked down, however it was grouped together with all the sale items. This was really disappointing and False advertising. I did bring this to the online departments attention and all I got was a simple apology. This is not the first time incorrect items have been loaded on the sales. It’s really inconvenient and just an apology is simply not good enough.
I am so disappointed that the interest rate on a personal loan is 23.75. This rate is ridiculous and quite frankly daylight robbery. Revolving credit, credit cards and clothing accounts are less than this. I have banked with FNB for over 10 years now and how can you except your own clients to afford this greedy interest rate. We will go bankrupt before paying back the loan at this rate. Really disgraceful to say the least!
I have highly upset with Tfg sportscene online Today was my husbands 35th birthday and I had no gift to give him DUE TO TFG NOT SENDING HIS VOUCHER I PURCHASED ONLINE as I result you left me In a very embarrassing situation When I wondered why my husband hadn’t thanked me for his voucher Because you didn’t send it to him !!!! I purchased the voucher on Saturday After realizing my husband did not receive it I called tfg round 14.30 to ask what was going on I was then told it would be sent within ten minutes It’s now 18.50 as I write this and my husband still has no birthday present You have ruined his birthday tfg this is unacceptable I expect the voucher to be sent to him immediately upon receiving this complaint and further more I expect some sort of compensation for this poor expierence this is not acceptable
This is my forth complaint and again there has been no attempt to even phone me! Really shocking that you guys dont even care about your customers!!!
This is the 3rd time I am writing a complaint in the space of 2 weeks. Each time I receive a response to say Vodacom is going to call me. To date no one has called me! Pathetic service and I am now going to take this to social media!!!
