BEWARE OF PAYU. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Made a payment to Game on 2nd February 2023 and I am struggling to get a refund. DO NOT USE THEIR EFT SERVICE. Customer service is useless. I have learnt my lesson. Don't support merchant's that use PayU

Ordered an HP notebook. Received great service and answered all my questions no matter how mundane they were. Product was as described with great pics. Ordered of BOB but if you use their site you get free shipping. Thanks again.

NEVER BUY AN ACER
Recommended an Acer to my niece for school. She bought it from Makro and within 3 months the left hinge gave up. It was taken back to Makro and it was stated that they don't accept physical damaged products. It was then taken to Partserve to fix under warranty with Acer. However, was told Acer South Africa doesn't cover physical damage. The notebook sat on a table and was moved twice within 3 months and never left the home as she is home schooled. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AN ACER PRODUCT TO ANYONE. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY A QUALITY NOTEBOOK OR BUY A GOOD SECONDHAND PRODUCT WHICH WOULD BE BETTER QUALITY.

NEVER BUY AN ACER NOTEBOOK/LAPTOP

Arrogant bunch of a$$#0\€$
Arrogant bunch of a$$#0\€$. Went to Makro Umgeni Road, two items (Mr Muscle Kitchen cleaner and Mr Muscle Bathroom cleaner). Both were 3 for R90 I took two bathroom cleaners and one kitchen cleaner. I understand it is 3 of either the bathroom cleaner or 3 of the kitchen cleaner. The SIGN SAID ANY 3. I was charged full price. I don’t need 3 of each. Also, tell your supervisors to talk with respect. I understand Zulu, though I don’t speak Zulu. The cashier was respectful throughout.

MTN ARE THIEVES
I have not received my allocated data from my MTN choice 200 contract for two consecutive months. The reason I didn't query this last month was due to the free data allocated during the first month for all LTE handsets (The speed was choked at 200kb/s). You then have the audacity to charge me R100 for data which I have not used. I want a refund and a possible cancellation of my contract with no penalties incurred.
