I am being harassed about a student loan account that I don't even have with Standard Bank, and I am irate. I initially thought the text messages were spam, so I ignored them, seeing as I have never had a student loan with Standard Bank, however, today I received an e-mail saying that the account is being handed over. I don't even know where this is coming from.
Submitted a third party claim, claim was outsourced to QCS, and now I have been sued for over R16 000, with no response from QCS, and the only response from Pineapple being the contact details for QCS. I am utterly frustrated. It has been 2 years since the incident. I don't know what I am paying so much money for really. Seriously reconsidering my choice in insurer.
I really wish I didn't have to resort to this, but I am truly desperate. I have emailed countless times regarding a third party claim for which I am now being sued because my insurance didn't pay out. I am being summoned to court and I simply do not have the money to hire a lawyer or pay the damages out of my pocket. Qcs together with pineapple insurance have been less than compliant. Why do I even pay exorbitant amount of money every month for insurance if this is the kind of thing I have to deal with?
I see others here have experienced the same thing. It's pathetic really. I tried to get a black friday deal which failed online. I called in once and spoke to Xolile who told me her supervisor would have to call me. No call received. I then received a call from a gentleman who was prompted by my online order, and was told the same thing. Again, no call. I am planning on canceling my current vodacom fibre contract today, because this is not the first time this has happened.
I have my pets insured with Dotsure and have had no issues. So I decided to get home contents insurance with them too-biggest mistake. I had a break-in recently and had to claim. I was given the list of documents to provide, of which I provided what I had on hand on the very same day the claim was lodged. I, at the same time, lodged a query for an explanation of documents required. Thereafter, I received no responses, until today, where I was informed that my claim was cancelled because I hadn't provided the documents. Documents that I had queried on the SAME DAY the claim was lodged. My phone screen is currently not working so I can't see if someone is calling, which is why I had emailed them, thinking it would be easier communication. I then forwarded the same email, but they obviously know they are wrong and don't want to respond. I am really really frustrated as I have lost things from my home, for which I am insured, yet I can't even get decent service. They almost act like they don't owe me this money, like I owe them something. Time to change. Sad that all my things are now LOST thanks to their lack of communication.
I have been requesting a settlement letter for 4 days now and still not even a response. It seems that the company would rather not have you settle your accounts as it means more profit for them, yet they are incredibly quick to help you open them. In addition, I have sent previous correspondence to this company with regard to payment issues, and NOTHING. Consumers are obviously not valued here.

I will never be purchasing from HiFi Corp ever again. The refrigerator I purchased revealed dents and scratches when the film was peeled off, which means this is obviously a manufacturing fault. The water dispenser is also leaking and not working properly. It is not the first time I have heard of HiFi corp purchasing and delivering sub-standard products. Terrible quality products and pathetic service.
My car accident claim was excellently handled by Pieter, Matthew, Damian and the rest of the Naked team. They are so quick to respond and sent my car to a really great panel beater. Very impressed
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I am beyond frustrated. Over a month later and I have not received my order, or a reply to the countless emails I have sent. This is actually fraud and a crime. Please don't buy from this retailer, it is a scam.
I am extremely unhappy with this website. They ran a sale, from which I made a purchase (eyelet curtains). The incorrect item was shipped, and the sale item is now "sold out". I find it very strange that the item is SOLD OUT, yet I had purchased it. Should the amount of items reflected on the site not match stock in the warehouse? This baffles me. I believe that they are being extremely deceptive, and having run out of stock as an error on THEIR SIDE, just decided to send me something "close enough" (tape curtains). I purchased something very specific and thereafter went out and bought everything I would need to put up these eyelet curtains which is not cheap! I am not sure if I'm overreacting, or if this is just extremely unfair! The customer service I received said that they are unfortunately out of stock (again, how?!) and would not be able to replace the items, so I would need to log a refund. I would then need to re-purchase the items when they were in stock again. In this case, I should be refunded the FULL amount for the curtains, not the sale price (a practice that I so appreciate from Zando) so that I can buy them when they become available again, as I have already changed rooms in my house for these curtains!! I am a magistrate, and if a case like this were to land in a small claims court, this company would be forced to not only refund me the full amount for the curtains, but the cost associated with everything else I have changed and bought in my house.
