I purchased 2 boxes of piemans steak and kidney pies from OK mini market in Stranfontein Mitchell's Plain last week Sunday. Upon my arrival home I popped 2 pies in the airfryer just to find one of them almost empty with no filling inside. I immediately emailed RCL with a complaint, but it's 6 days later and absolutely no response. I am highly disappointed.
I placed an online order and after I completed the transaction ,I realised they had the incorrect delivery address. I immediately emailed to rectify the issue and got a response they will look into the matter. The following day I got an email stating the item is in transit with the same incorrect address attached . I called the call centre and was advised to cancel the transaction so they may refund me back the funds and I have to then re:order my item. I tried cancelling but was not able to and called back again just to be told ,I will have to wait 7 to 14 days on a refund and then only be able to re:order. What's happening with Makro? Why is this service becoming so poor? Why are the staff in the phone so inexperienced? I am fuming because I need this item urgently.
am extremely annoyed with the service I received at Burger King Promenade Mitchells Plain.Upon my arrival at the store at 14.40pm there was no cashier available to assist me. The front desk was empty and only the drive thru assistant was standing with her back faced towards me and not even acknowledging me . I had to wait for 10 minutes until I saw a male staff member speaking to the drive through assistant,I reached out to get him to acknowledge me. After I placed my order I needed to use the ladies rest room ,but the main door was locked . The male manager explained the reason the door was looked because of security reasons which I totally understood,but what annoyed me was even the actual door to the toilet was locked it was occupied for a very long time by a staff member and I was not even given an alternative. And to top it all off there was a leak dripping on me from above the air-conditioner and the cashier had attitude.
I am disgusted in the pathetic service from Time Bank. There are never agents available in malls or kiosks to assist with enquiries. I near to cancelling my Time bank account. The charges too are extremely high. They charge R3 service fee for any online purchases. You will pay R53 for a R50 electricity.R23 for R20 airtime.
Yesterday the 09/2025 I went shopping at Spar Vangate Mall After paying for all my groceries, the cashier looked over into my basket ,I asked her what the problem was ,she asked if that is all I had to pay for? I said yes why? She had the audacity to get off from her work station to literally come scratch in my basket to see if i am hidding anything in there that's not paid for. I am totally disgusted in this type of treatment ,and being underminded for a ***** (dishonest person) I am a loyal customer from Spar Weltevreden since they opened up their store. All the staff and management knows me very well. I met the owner and his son's in person too. I have never ever felt so disrespected in a retail store. I take great offense in this type of treatment. Besides this experience, the cashier was chewing gum and busy chatting to her buddies while I was awaiting to be assisted.
I am a member at Virgin Active Westgate Mitchell's Plain. I would like to applaude all the staff starting from the front desk to management,instructors and all the cleaners. You guys are super awesome and friendly. That branch feels like home to me. The facility is extremely clean. THANK YOU,THANK YOU. I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU.
Today I went shopping at Bling in promenade Mitchell's Plain for my first time. I am super impressed with the beautiful energy in that store. All the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.
I would like to applaude Theo at Mr price home for going the extra mile to assist me with a Nova takkie I purchased. Theo took it upon himself to use his personal whasapp to keep me updated on the takkie, and another product I needed. He is a great asset to his company. Thank you Theo ,you are appreciated 👏
I would like to applaud Mark and Amron for the wonderful service rendered at Dischem promenade, they were very helpful with my rearward WI codes I received from Virgin active . They were out of stock and my rewards was going to expire ,but they made it possible to redeem it and will have my goods delivered to me once it arrives. This is called EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are no words to describe the gratitude I have towards Elizabeth at Netflorist for going the extra mile yesterday. I was having issues doing the transaction and was in a state because, it was my best friends birthday yesterday the 17th of May 2023. I needed that gift to get to her soon . Excellent service Elizabeth and thank you Netflorist for your service. I will surely recommend you to everyone out there.
