I app**** for a personal loan last Tuesday and Wednesday(13Nov), and everything was approved. I also emailed all the necessary documents. When I called on Thursday, I was told nothing was missing and that the funds should be deposited into my account soon. However, as of today(18 Nov), I still haven't received anything. When I called again today, I was informed that I need to send a selfie. Why wasn't I notified about this earlier, either through a phone call or during my Thursday inquiry?
I made a booking for my mom on GREYHOUND PREMIUM to travel in luxury from Gauteng to Cape Town. Now she is on a disgusting bus on Citi liner. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. The one cell phone number they give doesn't exists and on the other there is no answer. This is a 20 hour travel!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can they tell her that the greyhound bus is NOT coming to cape town she must stay on the Citi liner bus IF I BOOKED GREYHOUND?????

Dr Phillip de Lange amputated my grandmother's (89 years old) leg because of Gangrene. Fortunately after some enquiries and reseach we learned that he had to take x-rays before the amputation, which he DID NOT do. The leg was NOT amputated enough and now with the ganrene back with some serious infection and he just doesn't care. From the beginning he had the attitude that she is old and probably will not make it. He has the attitude NOW that we must get another doctor. She started to vomit blood last night and we had to take her back to Unitas. She is way to fragile for another amputation. We also learned that the wound must be kept open after amputation to dry before they close it. This was not done as well.
Took my Kia picanto in yesterday. The radiator cap needed to be replaced and the radiator fluid. Only at 4 when I arrived this was done. The fluid boiled when I got home. Took it again this morning now the problem is with the head gasket and I must just PAY again. Unacceptable.
I've send in 2 claims on 3 weeks ago. (9 April) these people do not contact you with any information. The assessor has been to my house, quote has been done an NO one has contact me with any information.
<p>My mother is currenlty there for care after hip surgery. The service is very poor and the people assisting is very rude and not helpful at all. For breakfast she only get one egg with a bit of mushrooms. Asked for toast but they refuse to give butter. What is going on there? Can someone please assist!!!!</p>
<p>My mom's medical aid number is ********** 81. She UPGRADED her medical aid from Keycare to Essential delta saver on November 2016. She NEEDS to get hip surgery tomorrow morning 27 July 2017. Now they tell her that she has not been on the medical aid for 9 month's. She can BARELY walk at this moment and is walking with crutches and cannot wait any longer for this operation. She IS more than 9 month's on discovery, she was just on a different plan. Can someone please assist ASAP. She needs to be booked in TODAY!!!!! We wanted to do the booking yesterday which was sunday because apparently you can only do the booking 24 hours before surgery. Couldn't do it, because you they don't work on week-ends. Did it this morning and now they have a lot of issues for her to get the surgery. Need dr letters that she was not aware of her hip problems ect. </p>

Must hold on forever. <br />If someone eventually pick up you need to hold on for another department. <br />Gave up and send an e-mail yesterday requesting for my insurance to be cancelled. <br />I am moving to other insurance. Still no response. Need this to be done asap. <br />I want my last debit order to be 31 December. Thanks.</p>
