I've received multiple missed called from you guys so I decided to answer to ask you to stop calling. The Agent was very rude and did not listen to my request. I also told her that I opted for the National dnc database but you guys are still calling. When I asked her where she was calling from, she hung up. I would like the matter investigated. You complaint number on your website does not work either. I would like for you to delete my information but first tell me how you got my information because the lady said the dealership which is incorrect because I dont have any vehicles under my name.
Bought items last year on buy 1 and get 1 free, however the item didn't deduct at POS. I raised this the Customer Service depth but they are unhelpful and state that I am lying. I have evidence of the proof. I had to close my account due to ongoing issues. Contact me to discuss further.

Cash crusaders rip people off from their hard earned money. I went into a store for a loan, with a set of items. Was told that it needs to be on separate contracts, which means more fees for them. I would also like to raise the fact that I have been charged an initiation fee for each renewal over the years which is daylight robber as an initiation fee can only be charged once off. Would like the matter investigated and a formal response provided. Also tried calling the complaints department but they never get back to me. I sent a follow up email and then they called and a requested a callback in 10 mins as I was driving, the callback never happened. Dissatisfied overall.
I took up an account with Mr price after being told that I would receive vouchers upto R1000. I made all the required purchases and non of them were discounted. I went into the store and they told me call customer care and they would provide voucher codes. Called them and they keep transferring me to different departments. I was once told over the call that you would need to manually add the discounts as I already made the purchases but this was not done. Issue number 2. There was a buy 1 n get 1 free sale. I have screenshot evidence of this. Added them and completed the purchase only to see that I wasn't discounted. All of these lead to false advertising by Mr price and I'm looking to escalate this complaint if this matter is not resolved. I an also being charged interest on these incorrect charges.
Online order. I placed this order in December. Received just before Christmas. By the beginning of January the view cover was failing. The led stopped working. I got in contact with Samsung who advised me to take the cover to the service centre. The service centre told me they don't deal with accessories. I contacted Samsung again and they told me to go to a store. I went to a few stores and they told me as I purchased online, I would need to return the item online. Tried to do this but failed due to Samsung not having a proper process in place. I went on live chat to make a complaint. They told me to email. I emailed and they told me to call. I've been passed all over the place with no help. Not they are telling me that accessories only has a 6 months warranty however the problem started within the first 30 days of purchase!! It's like they intentionally dragged me on to get pass the 6 months. I need this sorted ASAP or I will be raising a complaint with the regulator!!
Called up to raise a complaint about defective diapers. They took my details and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures over 8 times and I keep getting a refused message. I feel they are avoiding replacing the diapers!! Huggies brand.

There's like zero help from the customer service team. Won't allow a withdrawal when I have followed all of the rules. Extremely dissatisfied!
Waiting on a refund for more than a month. They don't take complaints seriously. if you lose your club card, its rocket science to change to a new card. Avoid at all cost!
