I had an awful experience with this dealership. I bought a second-hand car that, according to their workshop, was fully checked and in good condition. However, when I went to have the brakes replaced, I discovered that the discs — which Hyundai’s workshop had marked as “in good condition” — were actually severely damaged. This cost me an additional R4,660 to repair. To make matters worse, due to an admin error on their side, I was fined R700 when renewing my vehicle license. I’ve tried contacting them several times with no success. Their response was simply that it’s “my problem.” Completely unacceptable service. I will never support or recommend them to anyone.
Old food, cold chips, extremely dry burgers and old mash and gravy. Phoned the branch, waited about 20mins for a manager and then they just hung up. Emailed them. No reply. Utterly useless
If there is someone at afrihost that actually has some knowledge on Internet issues. Please phone me. I am sick and tired of automated responses from the Afrihost team. It’s very frustrating
So, I've been shopping for a new airfryer. My mom showed me a pamphlet that she got from Bradlows in George. I went there on the 1st of November to buy the product on credit (which I've had for approx 2 years). After about 3 hours we left with no success because of the system being offline. We went back the next day just to waste another 2 hours because they changed my phone number, which I did not ask them to do, so I couldn't receive my OTP to approve the purchase. After numerous phone calls, store visits etc, I decided to pay Bradlows in Mosselbay a visit on the 4th of November. They actually knew what they were doing and managed to pull the sale through. Bradlows George phoned me and informed me that I can collect my airfryer on Tuesday the 5th. On Tuesday I went to the store at 4pm to find them lounging on the recliners, not even getting up, and telling me that the airfryer has not yet been delivered. So I decided to give them another week before I return. They phoned me on the 8th informing me that the air-fryer is there, but it might be faulty... So I went back AGAIN today the 11th to view the air-fryer. There was nothing wrong with it. As I wanted to pack it up and leave, I was told that I cannot yet take it, because they ordered a new one just in case this one was faulty and now they have to cancel the new order before I am allowed to take the air-fryer that they have in store. So here I am, 10 days later, still without an airfyer. I have never dealt with such *********** people ever before. It is truly shocking. Needless to say, this will be my last purchase EVER from Bradlows.
I have been trying to have my tracker removed for a while now. Netstar is absolutely pathetic. They don’t reply when I mail them. When I phone them, they are clueless. Can someone from Netstar please phone me or mail me.
I made music at the opening of Medirite Plus in George on 5 December 2023. I have been struggling since the 5th to get paid. After multiple phone calls and multiple emails, I still haven’t received my payment and now my email is blocked and they are not answering my calls.
To say Vox is useless would actually be an insult to the word “useless”. They’re down most of the time and when it’s actually on, the speed is terrible. Worst ISP ever
I have been trying to pay my vox account for a week now with no success. The customer portal is useless. I have emailed them multiple times with NO reply. They are utterly useless. Can someone from VOX please get in touch with me. I NEED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT. I have no internet at the moment and I cannot work without internet.
I ordered my Fibre on the 14th of April. It still hasn't been installed. After many phone calls I was told that Fibre is not active in my area yet, which is very strange because both my neighbours have Fibre installed in their homes... Now I am trying to cancel my order with no reply whatsoever... This is absolutely pathetic
MTN is probably the worst company to deal with. 12.2 gigs of data just disappears on a day that I went hiking. Didn't even take my phone with and they can't tell me why.
