I had a great experience with Burger King Grand West this past month , however last night 29 July 21:23 the service was absolute horrific not sure if it was due to them closing at 22:00pm . I found that most the staff are not trained on the product and have a lack of customer service s****s .... after my food was handed in take away bag as requested i then asked for a sit down board as well ...they then wanted the bags back and asked to make use of it.... The one staff member advised the other to leave it... I also found a grey long hair in my onion rings... i didn't not advised the manager or staff on duty as they were rude and would have most likely have done something with food i was awaiting ....Extremely disappointing with the staff that would last night as i had excellent service from the rest of the staff this month complimenting them on great food ... all it took was that hair and the way i was treated to make me think differently.... On arrival of the meal i received a chicken pita ....i explained to the waiter this is not what i ordered and they replaced it, however the issue im facing is that the replacement was the same pita with veg just added and chicken removed, how i know this is the roasted veg pita does not cum with cucumber and lettuces , i was to exhausted/hungry to make mention of this and did not want my meal to be spiked with glass/plastic as management advised. I had a issue Sunday at Strand Nandos where i got incorrect food complained and came back with glass/plastic investigations were advised would be done. I was refunded and given another meal that was not up to standard. i am upset that the prices of nandos increased but not the quality of service as well as the food getting worse each vist. What are Nandos going to do???
<p> I have purchased a pair of shoes from Mr Price Cavendish a week approximately and was asked if I would like my slipped emailed …provided the cashier with the relevant details and left .</p> <p>I then did not receive any such email .</p> <p>I went to another Mr Price in the area I was at the time and wanted to refund the shoes that was not worn with price on to get refund was refused refund as per policy .</p> <p> I then advised the cashier that I didn’t get slip via email and that I don’t have any other proof besides the purchase its self.</p> <p> Manger on duty treated me like I was stupid and kept asking where my phone is ..i was like what does my phone have to do with anything. She then said she wants to see my emails . I asked what email if I just said that nothing was emailed</p> <p> </p> <p>She kept asking the same thing and said nothing we can do with no slip read the bored.</p> <p> Manager wants me to drive to store brought the shoes and get them to refund providing slip…I called through store that I bought shoes and the manager said to come through and they will check system…made mention if I didn’t get it for whatever reason what difference would it make me coming so he can check system. Assistant manager was also arguing with me regarding there policy why was I asked to get sliped emailed if there are system issues. <p>Went to Mc Donald’s N1 city brought a medium meal, however the cool drink did not have gas in , i spoke to the lady that took my order... she poured a mug of cool drink however was not same flavor as to what i had and showed manager on duty ...he then told her to taste cool drink and she said its fine...manager looked at drinks in mug and said its foamy...i then advised him i brought same meal yesterday cool drink tasted like soda water( cream soda) i then explained i don’t want a other flavor as per twice in a row cool drinks are not up to standard...the manger then argued with me about the cool drink and i left whilst he was arguing about the gas being there....highly disappointed at Mc Donald’s server as per manger..</p>

I ordered a delivery order at first however was then forced to change order to collection order as the order was below R50.
