Poor workmanship,
Poor workmanship, poor quality of products. They rushed to complete the project, but months later things are falling apart. Water is leaking in the bathroom underneath / inside the dry walls. Trying to contact Donald is a different story. He has his money. Poor aftersales service.

Fast - Very vast delivery
Ordering from Clicks online is a pleasure. On numerous occasions I have ordered my goods online. In most cases you order day and the next day they deliver to the outskirts of Pretoria. At most it takes 2 days for delivery. Takealot learn how it is done.

Pathetic lead time to deliver in-stock items.
Dear Takealot. As you will probably not read this review it is more likely that it will change someone else mind before ordering from you. You have adopted a seeming no customer care attitude. I have been making use of your service for many years, for one your delivery service was brilliant (order today and the next day you have it). Nowadays even if you have the stock it takes you 3-5 working days before you deliver. Not that your prices are so brilliant that it is worth the wait. Maybe catch a wakeup and learn how Clicks do it. (Order today and tomorrow you have it delivered).

Nice product, very poor aftersales service to fix sloppy work.
Natural Quartz Stone 060 979 2553 | www.nqs.co.za Stay away from this guy. Will promise you the world, do the work and beware if you have comebacks where he need to fix cracks. More that 6 months later and he still have not fix his sloppy work. Always an excuse (then his wife was in an accident, then his father died, then he lost his cell phone, then his team didn't show up for work, then his team had covid, and so his excuses are ongoing. How much is true only he can answer. At this pace he is doing business it seems he is destined to burn, if not on earth but in hell. Go with someone else rather.

Professionalism from day 1
As of today our Solar System is up and running. Prior to make a decision with whom I will partner up for this project, I did my research and off course looked at what HelloPeter has to say on the various Solar companies. Solar Advice did stand out, even though there are negative comments. I will refer anyone to Solar Advice without a doubt. From my initial engagement with Leon, discussing my needs and budget he advised and came with a solution. In less than 2 weeks from placing my order to a professional completed installation, it can be done. To Lennon and his team who did the installation, well done. I cannot fault them on their professional workmanship and professional team.

SARS poor poor service - Audit Department
Worst service than this of SARS is difficult to find. Waiting for my tax refund for months now. Every time I call them I am told that my case has been escalated with the Audit department. All my documents are in order and no audit is required. The best part is that that Audit Department has no turn around time on cases against there name.

Poor-Pathetic Service.
Don't waist your time ordering online. A week later and I don't even have a reference / order number. After numerous calls I still don't have any answers, except that 'there is a glitch in the system that it sometimes doesn't process all the order. Pathetic service.
