This used to be a good company with great service when run by the dutch/german guy. always got a response. My car alarm/immobiliser had an issue on Tuesday 13 December 2022. Tried to contact all numbers on website, no answer or not in use, Sent a mail on the contact us app. Still no response. Fortunately got hold of a guy in Umkomaas who disarmed the system in 15 minutes. If you want service and a good system look else where
was busy placing an order for a solar pump when i went back to look at alternative pumps and prices. Within a few minutes I had a call from Livestainable to see if everything was OK. (It was) I proceeded to p[lace my orders and received continuous feedback about the delivery of the parcel. Fantastic service pleasure to deal with. This will be the first company that I go to for future products.
Possibly the worse electrical contractor in South Africa. Hennie installed installed a solar system that doesn’t work. He has blamed everything else but himself. He demands payment upfront, leaves youngsters to do the work then leaves with out it working properly. When you try contact him he swears at you and blocks your calls. Use him at your peril
Booked my inverter in for service. So far fantastic service from Hemi Letebele. Friendly and efficient. Will update on ongoing service. But so far so good
Have been using Mr Parking for some time now and didn't have any issues, but with new technology things change and you become aware of things. The latest booking in has subsequently changed my mind and would love to know how the were behaving in the past. 1. I booked my car into Mr Parking in the beginning of June 21 and upon getting the car back, Noticed that money was missing from my centre consul. I wasnt exactly sure and had no proof of amount or anything. So the next time I booked my car in 24 June 21 I placed R20.00 and numerous coins in the centre consul. When we got back all that was left were the copper coins and no other money. When I confronted "Willem" he said to report it to the office. This was done with no response. 2. When I got home my Discovery car tracker updated and I noticed my car had been driven on the day before I got back. 3. I also noticed that it took a lot longer to take my car back to the parking lot than what it took to deliver, SO either they mess around on the way beack or speed on delivery. I Phoned and spoke to the Ops Manager Kevin and all he could say was "HOW". He says that he has not seen the email and will go check. This means that they do not really care about what happens and emails are not read or taken notice of. DONT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS!!!!!!
While driving on the highway the driver in a marked Car advertising Solo Plan drove recklessly. If this is the way they drive I am sure there business ethic is similar.
Handed in a pair of shoes to repair beginning of July 2020, end of July 2020 no follow up from the store. All the numbers that you can use are incorrect. The tel no. on the slip is incorrect and the no. on the web page does not exist. When I got there to follow up and hopefully collect my shoes I was told that they cant use the material that they had suggested. I arrived at about 16h23 and nearly got knocked over by the staff trying to get out of the store to her waiting lift. Worst service ever. Fire the lot
After many purchases in the past and being quite happy, things at runway sale seem to be slipping. I received 1/2 the purchases in one package. Immediately I wrote to them to let them know about the issue. They said they would look into it. Now 1 month later Tyler Says they need the packaging and code on the packaging. Ask this happened during the lockdown 4 stage so the parcel was dropped off without signing. Why has it taken so long for them to ask for these details? We recycle on a weekly basis. Well this entry be sorted out. From all the past reviews It looks like this company is going south ( except for those fake reviews of fantastic service)
