Online store is a terrible experience, best to order from Bash. This is the second time my order has not been shipped in the time promised. I ordered and paid for my items 5 days ago - expected delivery date is for today but the items have not even been packed yet. Bash ship the very same day and orders arrive within 2 days. Clearly Addidas are not geared for online shopping, won't be shopping with them again.
I recently purchased the Rawbiotics Gut Correct product for the first time after struggling for over a month with restoring my gut microbiome back to a normal, healthy state after a sever illness. I had been using the acute freeze dried chewable tablet probiotics for a few weeks but nothing was working despite converting my diet to a very bland one as well. I had almost lost completely lost hope and thought I was in for expensive specialist visits until I stumbled across their products when doing a search while shopping on the Checkers app. I figured trying something new - theirs is a liquid probiotic formula, could have no harm so I bought a bottle. I have experienced incredible healing after just 3 days of use. An amazing product, and will now be a staple in my home.
There is no after sales service from Hirsch's. We purchased a Whirlpool oven which has had two repairs under warranty as the oven just changes cycles on its own. The same part replaced twice. The same fault. This is the only and last item we ever bought from them and had purchased an extended Hirsch's warranty and the VERY SAME fault occurred again. Our oven was taken away and the fault was not even replicated in their workshop and they wanted to return it... no repair.. sent it back, and then was told the installation was the problem but they could not say why and would not assist with an installer even though we were willing to pay as we did not believe them. We were told it was ventilation issue and the oven is over heating and so we further cut out the cavity to accommodate this stupid request as they advised and guess what, we were right, The very same fault is occurring and from start, i.e. the oven is cold... escalated to Luci Jackson (nee Hirsch), who couldn't care less - so much for a "family" business. Such **** artists - deal with them if you want to get your blood pressure up as you are only assured frustration in your future.
I am based in Durban, and needed an original OEM Kawasaki part for my Ninja 500 motorbike. Perry Bikes in Durban told me 2-3 weeks, but Bikers Warehouse Malibongwe in JHB (Franko and Devon) promised me 2-3 working days - I only ordered and paid late on Monday afternoon and the spare arrived and was shipped to me yesterday (Thursday) morning and was in my hands by 10am today (same week Friday). Soooooo happy with the great service, I won't be going anywhere else. And it was only R 150 to courier overnight with the courier guy so worth it totally.
After experiencing great service when providers have used Courier Guy, I opted to use the yesterday to get an urgent parcel delivered for myself. Using their online portal was seamless and quick and easy - love the self-help function and ability to pay online. My parcel was collected in JHB within half an hour of me logging the pickup and was delivered to me this morning in Ballito. Less than 24 hours for an overnight that said 1-2 days is impressive. VERY happy customer.
Great service with the online store for my first purchase of a Shark dark visor. Ordered on Sunday evening and arrived on Tuesday morning and the product is what I expected and was packaged well. Had a call confirming my order was received and the online integrations work well with updates to your mailbox,

I made the mistake of filling out an Instagram ad for a quote and have been harrassed - 10 calls a day since and all requests to ask to be removed are being ignored.
Subscribed to a monthly subscription with the Harvest Table and they have been let down terribly by the non-existing service from Fastway Ballito. I cancelled my previous subscription as they take weeks to delivery and don't bother to call. I just signed up again with the HArvest table and have the same exact experience - tracking number shows, today is the 22nd and the parcel has been with them since the 20th and no attempt to call or deliver.
