“Do talk to me talk to my lawyer” that statement is just to lure us to join because after joining you will be on your own. I have been a Platinum customer at LegalWise for 9 years but they have failed to assist me in two major legal cases that im currently facing. On the 21st October, I called to complain and I was put through to Pontso who told me he was with a client he will call back. He did not call back, i then called again on the 23rd October reminding where i told the consultant to remind him to call me back. He still has not called, legalwise is the first to deduct in my salary however when im in need legalwise is nowhere to be found they will come and say that is not covered when you want all of that in writing as proof you will not get. I am very disappointed with legalwise after being loyal and paying without fail for full 9 years.
VOX is a ****, they increased my premium without even informing me. I sent emails asking what is the increase for cos there is no change that has happened to my wifi and why when they make such a change they do not inform me so that i decide whether i will still continue or not. They responded by saying they have sent me an email on the 24th of Feb- which i did not receive. I asked them to forward the said email till this day they have not sent the email instead they continued debiting the increased premium without my consent and without informing me about such a change in time.
Terrible service at this company all they are quick to do is deductions. Their response via telephone is very delays if it comes through, i took a security company hoping i will be safe guess what i have to call them instead when the alarm go off and not them calling
For the longest of time i was happy with Santam insurance but what they did this month i am absolutely disappointed. Santam increased my insurance by R800 and they did not even communicate the increase with me. I know i have made claims but that increase is huge it is like i added a vehicle on the cover, i am changing them i cannot be ****med like this
I submitted a complaint regarding the service i received in one of the Hifi corp stores and till this day it has not been attended to which gives an indication that Hifi corp is promoting incompetency in their stores
I do not know what is happening at absa, i have been calling for the past 5 days and everyday they put me on hold and i end up hanging the call cos they make me hold for more than 30minutes. Absa made changes without my consent and i do not know what led them to do such changes. I have even sent them an email cos if they cannot reverse the changes made i am cancelling and will look for a better insurance.
Disappointed on the service received from Absa idirect, i submitted a claim 2 weeks back and they have not given me any feedback i call them every second day and get told that the person dealing with the claim will get back to me but they don’t. Today i called again and they told me they are waiting on report back from the person who came to assess and that is the story i have been hearing since i submitted the claim
We put a complaint at ok furnisher about a stove that we bought for our mother at ok furniture uitenhage. The stove is now not working and it is still under guarantee. The stove is in grahamstown though bought in uitenhage, Dylan from ok in grahamstown assisted me into getting the stove checked after which he then reported that the stove is damage beyond economic repairs therefore we will be credited so that we get a new stove and that was last week on thursday. I then called the ok furniture in uitenhage that is where i recieved bad attitude from Bongo, and when i requested to be put through the manager i was never transfered. I then called the head office and they escallated the matter to the manager Vuyani who then called me to apologise and promised that he will attend to the matter and get back to me last week. Till today i have not heard any feedback and we are with a stove that is not working but the payments of the stove are still continuing. Ref number from the head office is 023055-01
<p>Last year in July 20, 2016, i insured my car with first for women insurance as i iwas questioned about what to include on the insurance i also included cash back plan wish on this day i do not know who cancelled on my behalf as i have never requested for it to be cancelled. In February 2017 i asked for a quote for home contents and building and i was given a quote of R310 which included a cash back plan, the following day i recieved an email offering me a discount on the initially quoted amount of R310 to R246 and it said all benefits will be the same no changes will be made. from March till June i have been paying R303 of which it is not the dicounted amount that i had accepted. I then called again on the 30th of May 2017 and i was told that the cover of the contents does not include the cash back plan and when i asked when it was removed i was told that it was removed on the 17th of May 2017 i then told then i did not give anyone permission to remove it. i requested the guy that i was talking to,Faizel Omor to please send me the recording that have all my conversations with first for women since the day i joined their insurance. First for women has been quit since the day i requested the recording. the service is poor and i am not at all satisfied with the service i am getting. If i am experiencing such problems now how much more when i make a claim.</p>
