Order from Uber Eats was cancelled by their driver and the amount is still showing as pending on my bank. They said refund is processed but I still don't see it on my account.
My mom's cell phone SIM Card has stopped receiving SMS's and loading airtime. We suspect that someone is also using a number as a dual sim. She lives in a village and it will costs her a lot to go the big city to do a sim swop. Can you please restart her number so that she can be able to load airtime at least.

A guy called my husband and offered him a settlement to his loan with Getbucks and he said he is from SmartAdvance. He used a cellphone number for my husband to send the ID copy. My husband received an SMS stating that he has been approved for a debt review. How can that be possible? We are now forced to open a criminal case against your company, please remove my husband details on your records ASAP or else we'll meet in court. Your employees are just pathetic liars!!! This is totally fraud!
