I have been trying to get information about my delivery. The driver was at my workplace around 6 last night. Obviously nobody was here. My tracking status for today says that it is out for delivery. My problem is, today our offices are closing at 15:00. When Skynet phoned me back, I managed to get the contact details for the diver. My tracking says that my parcel is out for delivery but when i managed to get in contact with the driver, he said that he doesn't have my package and he doesn't know where it is. I have been trying to phone Skynet, they are not answering calls, they are also not phoning me back. So currently, i have no info about my parcel, no way of contacting Skynet.
I was really hoping that I would never ever have to deal with you again. I do not owe you any money. I have not done business with you for almost 2 years, nor will I ever do business with you again. You have no right to deduct any funds from my account. So stop sending me messages about when debit orders will go off. Do not touch my account, especially since I don't owe you anything. Just leave me alone. Like I said, I will never ever do business with you ever again.
This company is harassing my workplace. They are harassing me about debt that is not mine, constantly phoning my workplace. On numerous occasions now we have informed this company that the person they are looking for has never been employed here. If this continue I will have to open a case of harassment and report this to the credit ombudsman. I have tried being polite but that is not helping. I have blocked numerous numbers, no use. I
For the past few days I have been harassed by Vodacom for not paying my account. My account has been paid. I have even sent you the proof of payment because of the numerous public holidays. I have requested that you update your records to reflect the payment as it is not showing on my statement. Before you harass people about a non payment, maybe take into consideration that there has been a lot of public holidays and there might be a delay or maybe it is your offices who has not yet allocated the payments to the respective accounts. I always pay. My history with you will clearly show that.
"My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to you and FNB on numerous occasions and as per telephonic I've had with them. I have rep**** to their mails / sent separate mails etc but it is a lost cause. I don't even know how many times I have sent the documentation through. HE IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that they choose to ignore this simple fact just like they choose to ignore e-mails but then claim that they are being ignored or they are not able to reach you. Vodacom is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever gotten involved in. I cancelled my one contract with the idea of getting wifi for my home. The agent who assisted me sold me a wifi contract over the phone. The deal sounded amazing. Because I have burned my fingers once before, I requested that all documentation be sent to me in order for me to go through it and so that i can cancel if I don't want to continue. I was told that he had already sent my quotation and that i can cancel if i don't want to continue. I also requested a quote for the cancellation of my other contract (that quote I did receive). On the 27th I received a notification that my router would be delivered that day. I signed the document and attempted to phone Vodacom because I still had not received my documents. I could not get through. I tried phoning 3 times. I did not open the package. On 28/02/2025, I made a call to Vodacom again whereas a very honest agent told me to immediately phone the after sales department to cancel the contract, which I did. I was informed that I shouldn't have signed for the package and arrangements were made for the package to be collected. After a few days I should phone again and they will reverse the upgrade. Skynet has collected the package, I have spoken to the driver, he has confirmed that the parcel was given back to Vodacom and still, this issue is not resolved. The team from Vodacom said that they will phone me back and I am still waiting. I urgently need to sort this out. Last I spoke to them they still could not trace this package. I am so frustrated!

The fact that i received only 1 of the two quotations tells you everything (the one that did not require a yes or no). I have dealt with Vodacom a couple of times and I have always received paperwork and then I had the opportunity to say yes or no. It is shocking. Never do business with Vodacom. They are very dishonest.
On numerous occasions I have requested that the debit order be changed to the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. I have constantly stated that I get paid on THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. Yet, MFC, still tries to deduct on the 29th of every month. And then, you have the audacity to tell me that I need to contact you because my account is an arrears. It is not my job to remind you to do yours. Do not blame me because of your incompetence. I have requested this since last year. How difficult can it be?
I have a loan with FNB. I got a notification from FNB that my loan will be deducted on the 15th. I have been trying since the beginning of the month to change this as I still get my salary as normal. I haven't been able to do this. I sit at reception and can't be on the phone half the day. To try and communicate via their secure chat is pointless as I was in line for so long, i eventually got cut off. I have also requested FNB to change the debit order to the last day of the month, because that is when i get my salary EVERY SINGLE MONTH. What is frustrating is that you think you can just assume we all pay earlier in December. Maybe in the future, contact the client and make them choose, find out when they get paid. My frustration with you is reaching a boiling point. Luckily, within the next to months, I don't have to deal with you anymore.
A while back a complaint was made against standard bank and the fact that when it comes to debit orders and unique circumstances, they really just don't care. My husband was sent to jail but the case is still in progress. Due to fact that he is not able to pay his other debt, the other banks wants to go after is accounts. I have been paying the house for the past year. To prevent falling behind with house payments (we have 2 kids and don't want to lose the house), we requested Standard Bank to please help us and to look at the circumstances until we manage to sort out the legal matters. He managed to phone standard bank, spoke to Prince, he was requested to send a letter stating why he wants to cancel the debit order. We manage to do that. Now we get a response: "Kindly be advised that you have a cross sell concession which is a discount on your rate due to having a Standard Bank, bank account loaded on the bond. If you cancel the debit order the discount will be removed and the instalment would increase. I have referred your request to the dshlrestructures dshlrestructures@standardbank.co.za to assist with payment arrangements. They offer suspension of debit order, like a payment holiday for example. If you would like to do any follow ups, kindly send an e-mail to DSHL or call the call centre and request to speak to someone at the DSHL deprtment if required. " It becomses very clear that you just can't win. The fact that this person requested him to phone the call center, tells me that they didn't even bother to read the letter or look at the document or this person is just stupid. How can you request someone who is in jail to phone and communicate. They also make it impossible to do anything. Obviously i, as a single mother, can't afford to pay more as we are really struggling at this point. If you cancel, you pay more and get *****ed by standard bank. The bank account will still be open, the fee will still get paid so he will still have a bank account. If you keep on paying large amounts into the account, the money will eventually not reach standard bank anymore. So there really is no way out of this situation. Thank you standard bank for nothing. From our side, we have done everything we can possibly do now. So if the debit order doesn't go through, please note that he is in jail and you won't be able to communicate with him. I honestly don't know what to do. The response from your offices doesn't even make sense. What payment holiday? Are you giving this holiday until he managed to sort our his legal issues. I just don't know what to do.
