This is my 3rd complaint. Since April 2025 Cartrack is charging me for a service they do not provide. No tracking device has been installed, but debit order goes through twice a month. I have spoken to various persons and sent numerous e-mails including Tebogo Seloga who claims he acts on behalf of the CEO but has no decision making powers. he refuses to provide contact details of the CEO. Cartrack has admitted that the fault is on their side and that they will investigate, however the 2 debit orders still go off one the last day of the month, when it is returned another one for different amount and with different reference number goes off again the next day. This is so ********* and basically amounts to ******ion.
Despite 15 attempts to contact someone at Cartrack, writing a review on Hellopeter, sending numerous e-mails, no one has contacted me. They just keep sending invoices and statements and putting through debit orders. It has now been going since 16 May 2025!
Since 16 April 2016, I have been struggling to get Cartrack to de -install and re-install a tracking device. After 7 e-mails and 8 calls to rectify the issue, I gave notice to cancel my contract with Cartrack due to non-delivery and therefor breach of contract. Up to today, the issue has not been resolved , but Cartrack keeps putting through a monthly debit order although there is no vehicle being tracked as it was never installed. Can someone in management please contact me to finalise the cancellation of the contract. Absolute incompetence!
Very poor service. Had to follow-up after 7 days of expected delivery. Response- was at premises, gate closed. So they just left and did not follow up, make arrangements for delivery. Just left the article in their warehouse. Very arrogant when I pointed out that it was poor and unacceptable service!
Both Ajali K from Hosting and Sheldon from Escalations were unable to assist with a Website Hosting issue. They both however, on 3 occasions, flat out refused to escalate my issue to any higher authority
Only thing worse than the service is the arrogance of the manager and waitress. Cannot comment on food as it never arrived! Hope to see a new coffee shop there soon.
NO Client service. Absolute incompetence and arrogance espesially from Storm at FOGI and Maxime Adams at Standby Services . Logged an emergency at 09h30 this morning by 13h30 they have not been able to allocate a plumber to attend to a burst geyser. Their response, claims department is closed and there are no plumbers available, Try again tomorrow . I must now either switch off water until tomorrow, let the water keep running out of geyser or get my own plumber at 14h00 on a Saturday afternoon. My R 1500 a month premium as absolutely money well spent!!
i requested a review of my credit interest rate. It has now been 9 days and 6 follow-ups later and still NOTHING! No feedback, no response, no answers. Is this seen as acceptable behaviour towards clients at FNB? Please, as a matter of urgency, provide me with contact details of the Head of Credit Department as well as the Director responsible for Credit Card division. I have been stone walled for 9 days where I have not been able to raise this pathetic service with any person with authority. The consultant at the call centre blatantly told me that he will not supply me with any information regarding any manager. Please stop apologising for the incompetence and rather do something about it
Ridiculous pricing. Mazda Clearwater quoted R 5 500 for a 45 000km service on a 2018 Mazda 2. This while Mazda SA, on their official website, quote the cost of such a service as R 2 245.00. Mazda Randburg quoted the service at R 3 000 and Mazda Halfway at R 2 000. How do you justify a rate of 145% higher than the official rate?
Pathetic Service. Constantly deliver chronic medication 3 to 5 days late causing enormous problems for the user of the medication. Everytime it takes me about 30 minutes to speak to some kind of a superviser, they apologise profusely and then do it again the next month
