Exceptionally poor accounts department
Cannot seem to get an account sorted that was a capturing issue. in-hospital test submitted for the 15 Jan 2023 but I was discharged on the 14th.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT! stay away from these guys. 1 order took weeks to be delivered! Then delivered incorrect item. Impossible to rectify the issue. Refunds back into bank account never happen. They steal your money. Stay away!

VodaPay issues
The VodaPay Builders mini app constantly gives errors. Today there was a 30% off voucher 30OFF for pool pumps and it could not be applied giving error "Voucher restricted". I contact vodapay support and they could not resolve it and forwarded to Builders. Builders says they cannot help and I should contact vodacom. I constantly have this issue on the daily deals and support always passes the buck. No wonder the VodaPay project is such a disaster.

Pathetic service. No deliveey
Worst service ever. Driver went to the wrong address, then returned the food. Now they are blaming me and telling me to collect the food from the restaurant. Why did the driver go to the wrong place and penalising me?

False advertising from pnp clothing. It cleary states that pnp clothing online order earn smart shopper points. Queried several times but still no resolution.

Useless KYC department
The KYC department is useless and cannot resolve an issue from January this year even after providing all the certified docs several times. No wonder there's so much internal fraud

incorrect billing and poor service
Ive been incorrectly billed numerous times and have contacted customer service several times. they've acknowledged that the bill was incorrect and has been adjusted but it hasnt been reflected on my statement, even after following up several times. I also changes my debit order to my credit card but the debit order is still going off my old account.
