Hisense E34 purchased the 27th of jan.requested an exchange 3 days later.manager refused.emailed customer care everything was delayed.the exchange period was up wen they got back to me. Now they've taken the device in for repairs on the 19 February 2025 and till to date there's no correspondence. We bought the phone while she job hunts but now she has no phone for a month. Further to that the cashier had no name badge on so we have no clue who we dealing with. I've contacted Pep customer care and they ignoring my emails but refusing to reimburse my money
On the 19 August 2024 I ordered a Bolt from Rustenburg food *****s to Sun City. The vehicle arrived it was white Ford Icon. We loaded our groceries and the driver stated that he would cancel the ride or he has to pay a R40 levie. We arrived at our destination and I paid him R300 instead of R280 and I forgot my bad in the vehicle.I reported it to Bolt but their reply is that I should go to the police station and open a case. I lost my identity book, medication and my safe keys. Bolt just says I must open a case, how safe are we traveling with *****'s and the company doesn't care about our personal belongings.
Terrible experience booking a flight, the payment link they sent expired now i have to make payment as we missed a flight and paid the penalties but after the send a payment link they wanted double the amount. They refusing to refund me stating that theres no refunds. I spoke to multiple consultants but managed to get Natasha.
Most embarresing shopping trip during festive, i stood in a que only to be told that your account is blocked. The Truworths call centre was contacted and Masibale Ngobeni screamed at me stating they need to verify if i was the owner of the account. I called customer care immediatly but i was informed that the supervisor was unavailable. This is the second time being embarresed at Ttuworths whereby my bag was searched in public eye for such a huge company that fails to follow the correct processes. I want my account closed as this treatment from Truworths is pathetic. I get regular emails and sms reminding me of their amount due as if i pay late or not pay at all.
I Scott Bekker would like to report a very rude staff member at McDonalds in chatterton in pietermaritzburg. I have requested the staff member Andile Vilakazi to sanitize the tables as i saw the tables and walk in customers aren't being sanitized. It's covid and they need to adhere to covid rules. I have witnessed so many people eating on filthy tables after others messed and staff not clean the tables and it was a concern. My wife approached her and asked her to please sanitized...she responded by saying saying" there's my badluck" in Isizulu...Is it badluck to do your job and sanitize? The manager called back saying he doesn't believe the staff member can do that but any way its her last day...That was the words of management and my wife said she will report them as they not adhering to covid rules. I had to clean and sanitize the table because anidlie refused. I am complaining about this restaurant that has staff that can't adhere to covid rules. The managers call back was useless because he in directly called me a liar after i told him to view the footage.
I Scott Bekker would like to state that ive applied for NSFAS funding however we have been declined. According to NSFAS our household income is way to high and we do not qualify. If so why havent they checked with the department of Labour as we provided them with letters confirming that we unemployed. Its sad as my child wants to study however other students who aren't attending classes are recieving funding mothly.
I've requested my daughters report but i was given a run around and the staff assisting don't know anything and they very unprofessional. I have a right to get a report from the school but Impaq feel its OK for a child not to continue her education. My daughter is now unable to apply for a bursary as it is closed and she will now sit at home doing absolutely nothing all through Impaq School.
