Do not go anywhere near this place. They are ******* and ******. We have been getting the runaround for for over 4 months. They keep returning injectors faulty. They keep blaming the client then they send the injectors back to workshop and then rinse and repeat. We have now been waiting over a month for a refund. Amd all we are told is that the accountant has to release the payment. I will mow proceed to SAPS and DOJCD to get my money back. I am also not the only client thay has been ****med by these people.

I wish I could rate in the negative. This is the worst company on the planet. they make Home Afairs, RTI, and Eskom look like super heroes. They do not care about their clients. they are quick to sign you up but then dissapear. After sales sevicve is non existant. you can ONLY communicate with them via Whasapp and they just ignore you for hours until you are so fed up you just give up and go away. Speeds are never stable. I cannot access my bank accounts ( their sevice is unsecured so the bank wont allow access) it is off more than on. and when you try to get help they all go through the same procedure. Did you restart your router. put it off ad wait 5 minutes, there might be an outage, and then they log a ticket that never gets attention. You just have to wait for the internet to return on its own, which could take minutes, hours or days. You would be online and then ofline with nothing that caused it. My family has a house not far from me, on the same Vumatel fiber infrastructure but they are with Mweb and have NONE of my issues. STEAR CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!!! they are only after you hard earned money. they could not give a hoot about you or your internet or business.
This company is a scam. Please do not use their services. My husband has been paying for years now and the amounts never seem to come down equal to the payments deducted. These thieves charge extra on things every month like attorney fees, distributor fees, life cover and so on. this amount when calculated, comes to around R1000 of your total. this is deducted from your money before it is paid over to your creditors. When you start asking for info or updates or anything to do with their "call center" you start to realize what a joke these people are. you cannot speak to a person in charge AT ALL. no matter what time of day you call. they are always on lunch or in a meeting or out of the office yet they all also seem to work from home. The consultants "in their answering" say they work under supervision but then when you ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor or just anyone else they cannot help you and start you on the please hold game. On last count for one week we totaled 10 hours on hold. Account balances are never updated properly and when you call your creditor and then debt busters and then a week later debt busters again, you will get different amount every single time! WITHOUT FAIL. we know, we tried. We have been trying to settle this whole mess for more than a month already and all we get from debt busters is that they will give us a ticket and someone will call us to sort it out. just for us to have to call again a day or two later because nothing has happened. Everytime you call you get the same whitewash stories from the consultants. it does not look like they want to help people get debt free. We have now since lost a house we planned to buy due them not being able to work out a simple SETTLEMENT AMOUNT!!!!! To this day we are still trying to get a final amount and to retrieve money that they have OVERPAID one of the creditors which had been settled by us and settlement letters sent to debtbusters. I have never come across such a bunch of useless people in my life. I now also list some of the names we had to deal with, with NO JOY whatsoever. Benay Sager (Our actual consultant) never could get hold of this person and still not. never even replied to mails. Tshepo Luanna (Spelling fails me on these names) Themitha Aghmed (Suddenly on leave) Adisiwe Faas (Could not find a supervisor for an hour i was on hold. Azuyile. No contact after we were told he is the one to call us to help. and the list goes on and on. they are all the same and all have the same stories. I wish we never dealt with these sharks. My brother is with another debt counselor and he has NONE of these issues. Ticket nunmbers 1196328 1191938 1188850 1190760 1176065 AND THIS LIST ALSO CONTINUES INTO INFINITY. I will now approach the ombudsman as well as the courts.
I have been with dotsure for many years and have always had great service (Never had a claim). I insured my vehicle for RETAIL value. What is the retail value of my car? And this is a quote about RETAIL VALUE" "Simply put, the retail value of your car is the price it would ‘retail’ for, were you to buy it from a car dealer. This value is the closest in price to your car’s replacement value – the amount it would cost to replace your car with a similar model, should it ever be written off. As the retail value of a car is obviously the highest amount it can sell for, insuring your car at this value will result in higher car insurance premiums – but will also ensure you the highest possible payout should your car be written off, stolen or hijacked." I was involved in an accident, my car was subsequently written off and claim processed. When they sent me the amount they will pay Nearly fainted. Their RETAIL payout is less than most TRADE values. The lady i was dealing with told me that they work on "Trutrade" values and that is what their machines says my car is worth on retail. so i asked her to take the money and buy me a replacement for that retail price. She started SHOUTING AT ME!!@!!!!! I have to now DOUBLE the amount the call RETAIL in order to buy a replacement in worse condition than my original car from a RETAILER!!!!! How is this a thing that they decide what a car RETAILS for and if they do that then shouldn't they supply the vehicle proposed in the condition proposed at the price proposed? I even sent pictures of my vehicle (precrash) to we buy cars with mileage and all paperwork about condition of the vehicle and they would have paid me more for the vehicle than dotsure gave me on RETAIL. So I would LOVE for someone to explain to me how they get to their RETAIL value and how someone is supposed to replace their asset with similar if they don't even give enough for a DOWNGRADE. It is going to cost me R50 000 extra to get a car in the same condition same year and same mileage as my car. I feel seriously ripped off!!!!
After sales is a disgrace. their tech support staff have no idea what they are doing. one would think that someone helping you resolve issues on your line at least knows something about the line in question and if they cannot get you to shut op they put you on hold and leave you there. Left my line open on hold for 40 minutes of music before i could not take the tones any longer and hung up.
Is there a rating LOWER than one. This company is the worst. Phones do not work. Staff are rude. No one is ever available, they do everything via email apparently, they do not reply to emails. you have a travel agent which you cannot speak to after your first payment is made. I spoke to mine as far as quote stage and once i made deposit payment, email only. They have no chain of command, you cannot speak to a manager or supervisor. Staff think it is okay to treat their clients like dogs. One comment was "Well you can only deal with me. What a pity for you..." Crystal From South Africa Travel Online. These people are quick to take your money but wont help you or assist with cancellation. Only stating that if you cancel you lose all the money you paid as it is MSC policy, yet when you phone MSC they have not yet received the payment that falls under said policy and the cash is still with South Africa Travel Online. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS. They are no cheaper than any other companies and if want to book a cruise, just do it directly with MSC cruises online. My mistake that i will never make again. If it was not for the fact that i will forfeit every cent i paid i would have cancelled my whole holliday and stayed home instead just not to deal with these thieves.
These people sell simcards from mtn and neither they nor mtn have or keep a record of or keep track of puk numbers so if you ever need a puk nr for you afrihost mtn sim you are screwed. They tell you to buy a new sim and do sim swop
I spent 5 hours on the phone today to get a puk nr but noone kan help me. I have been transfered and put on hold and transfered and even ended up in legal dept by \accident\". Service really bad and nobody is friendly or helpful "
