Fastway courier Rustenburg is the worst ever courier company and it's not the first time the let me down , have been waiting for my parcel since 12 March 2026 when it arrived in Rustenburg, yesterday 16 March I was told it's out for delivery, no problem but then message me at 17H00 that the parcel is taken back and will be delivered today, to put your lif on hold for two days because of a delivery service is unacceptable. Cubix solutions took my money for 7 years without my consent , now thy give me the runaround to get proof of consent . I recieve forms that I filled in and try to send it back to them . But not one email address the give me except it it just comes back as un delivered

Cubix Solutions have been given us the runaround after they deducted money from my account for seven years, I approached them and asked for recordings off consent. They have send me forms to fill in and send back to them. It just comes back unsent could not be delivered, I do not know where I can get help anymore , they give me the runaround. They stole R27000 from me and it's not a pensioner can afford. I had a policy that I cancelled and only then we discovered that cubix Solutions was a stand alone company,.and was not part of them . I just got of the phone withe a lady that give me a nether wrong email.

We pay thousands of Rands but we must watch replays, this year there's not even world darts championship what's going on . Now you wonder why your customers cancel their subscriptions and I'm also going that way .too much soccer. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

michelle-smit-support@michellesmit.reamaze.com she had a add that state eye ware made by Dr in in South africa that you will never again have to go to a optometrist for a new description with is all false, ordered 3 pairs over R1200 with don't do anything. I had it on for six hours of without any change. First of all she said it's made in south Africa but came from China , I have gone about asking the process of sending it back but just get email after email to say I must keep them on but just can see and have a hel of a headache.
