African Bank has become the most frustrating bank to use day to day, from not notifying customers when they doing updates and will experience downtime, too working when it feels like on online platforms, too even having rewards that function when it feels like. Twice i have been at a till point with my card not working due to updates on the systems, having to go to the ATM which is also not working due to the bank updating. Then you have to find alternative ways to pay for online goods due to the bank not been able to transact with the online retailers.
On multiple occasions as a person that visits and stays at this resort over the past two years, i have had terrible experience with the security at the front gate. I recently went to visit a person at the resort to be stopped at the gate and told their was no parking, we reversed and parked one parking outside the entrance and phoned the office which told us parking was available at a cost, which we did not contest to. We had to go back in and tell the guards we already confirm their is parking available for them to let us in. Today's incident was the icing on the cake for me as i went to drop of a friend we had another visitor who brought food so we went to park undercover and was told there is no parking yet the person who brought food came after us and was let in to pay for parking. I myself offered to pay double the price to pay for parking to be denied with a resident in my vehicle showing their entrance card to the room. Cabana beach resort has the utmost unqualified security which do not understand their own protocols for parking which is the most basic thing a patron has to do.
I recently was not happy with the company i was given for a repair of my vehicle and contacted king price and spoke to Natalie O'Callaghan who responded with excellent service and had the company changed to a well known reputable company close to my home.
I have been trying to get an unrestricted apn from mtn from start date of my business lte contract. Yet none of the consultants i speak to understand what i need done. I've been talking to people on forums who have mtnvpn as their apn and is working yet when i speak to mtn about it they say its not in use anymore. Which makes my life hard as i now have to use telkom for its unrestricted apn.
KFC Springfield service is terrible, please always make sure you get your complete order as i ordered and added a buddy coke which to my disappointment was not given and i only noticed half way home..
Telkom is utterly pathetic, they now have me on a 26 month contract and when asked why the end date is 2 months after i took the contract out they state that i did an early upgrade in 2017 and those months carried over which is not stated in my new and current contract.
MTN call centers are officially worse then Telkom. I keep getting transferred or put on hold forever. Then the agent will say their name and go silent. When i phone back the same number 0831239622 then same guy named Legend will answer and transfer me to someone else. When 30seconds ago i was on hold for legend, he did not ask any details the first time i called just said please hold. Then when i get transferred to Manowe she just goes silent no been put on hold or anything. Clearly these guys prefer having people hold the line to kill time instead of actually work.
I ordered a takeaway from nando's sibaya. A full chicken extra hot cut in 8 with extra basting. When i went home and opened the nandos to my disappointment was no basting( Not even the extra that i asked for) dry over cooked chicken. And best part the chicken was mild, not hot, not extra hot, but mild. I was excited like a child on Christmas day to have ordered a nandos full chicken after about 8 months and to be this disappointed feels like a sin. Thank you for disappointing me more then Covid-19.
I ordered an item on takealot which showed that they had stock and was due for delivery a few days after. The item was remarkably cheap and now it is 100percent more expensive and takealot tell me they do not have stock and will refund me yet the item still displays ships within 5 to 7 working days. I am been ripped of by their incorrect pricing and i want them to be held accountable and deliver the item at the price i paid. Refunding me is an easy way out when they want to pick up prices.
i ordered a lte package which i still have not received over a month now. on the first delivery telkom put the wrong residential address so the courier company could not deliver. then telkom kept telling me theres no stock and then they waiting for the courier company which i then had to phone to be told that the parcel had been sent back as the addresses are wrong. i then phone the call center and explained what happened and they said they will resend it and correct the address which i find out today was not done and the courier company has to send it back. i waited 45 minutes to get through to a call center agent just to be put on hold while she checks with my id number and then at the 1 hour mark the call gets cut.
