We decided to go ahead with this company. They quoted on Epoxy pool finishing. After one coat, there was a problem with water seepage, which they quoted to repair and we accepted. They went down to concrete and replastered. Then Christian disappeared and told us they could not afford to do anything more and changed his number. But it was such a bad job of plastering, we had to lift it again and redo it. And what is worse, it turns out they did NOT use the product they quoted on, but used polyester resin instead, and without primer. So we had to sc**** down the walls as well. They cost us about 3 times what they quoted. It seems if you want a simple paint, they do ok, but if there is anything more, do not use them!!

The company in question offers shocking service. They take an order and then do not reply, do not provide items promised and never return calls. The owner just declines your calls once he knows your number. They have now rebranded to Relux.
I have had issues with my fibre and have attempted to log a call for 2 days. This is serious to me as it is my business. When I eventually (after holding for 2 hours) spoke to a person and logged a call, NOTHING happened for a week. To date I still cannot get an answer. And I cannot cancel the service as their website has a bug and I cannot log a call.
Had to have a wheel repaired and tyre replaced just before Christmas. Service was excellent and as promised. Repair was good.
Due to COVID, I can no longer attend gym. They had and discontinued a digital option at a reduced fee. So I need to cancel (the freeze fee is very expensive) but when you tell them to cancel, even though you have paid, they discontinue your membership and you can no longer use the facility for the month you pay. In addition, at the club (Steenberg), they are not careful; masks half on. During the time I was a member, regardless of how often we ask them to prepare a studio by putting on an aircon or closing blinds before the class, they could not even get that right and the sun baked in and made the class impossibly hot.

Ordered a dress and received it before due date, well packed and with concern for COVID regulations. Driver was friendly and professional.
The Telkom website has not accepted credit card payments for top-ups for over 2 weeks and they still have done nothing. Their agents say there is nothing they can do and no way to log a call or to escalate.
I bought goods through Paypal. The crooked supplier (Style Vivienne) delivered one and not the 3 items. I gave away the item I had received as it had been bought as a gift. Later, when the rest did not arrive, I lodged a dispute. PayPal kept telling me to return the item for refund (which I could not). I wrote many times, but they do not read and they give unrelated answers. Now my dispute is closed and they will not entertain a review and say it is my problem. DO NOT THINK PAYPAL will help. And DO NOT expect them to read.
