Disgusted is putting it mildly. I have never ever experienced service that is this horrific, to a point where I wonder if it could be a racial thing Until about two months ago, I was being sent from pillar to post by this dealership because of brake pads that they just couldn't get right, now, stupid me, figured arrg let's give it another chance, with a more serious problem mind you, and considering that they are literally 5 minutes away from my house, to my surprise, they did it again, without a care in the world, to a point where the person that seemed to be a manger of sort, literally stood there, watched me complain and walked away, then locked himself in his office. It is very disheartening that a dealership would keep one's car from 7am to 5pm, without updating the customer and then when I call, the second time, im informed that someone made a decision that they would keep my car in the workshop, no contact made, no consent granted, NOTHING. What i experienced today, was result disheartening
So so so sad what we just experienced at Mc D Fourways Crossing. Zanele just gave us the go "f" yourselves attitude to a point where she even asked what we thought we could do to her when we asked for her name. She got the order wrong or misheard it, which is okay, it is the attitude we got from there to a point where she didn't even process it, didn't open the window for us to pay and when we got to front drive through window, our order was not placed. From there, the attitude just escalated. It is truly said that we spend our money for a product and service and to your face, be made aware that they are untouchable, true shame, especially if franchise really does nothing about this treatment to customers.
Nandos Rooihuiskraal had put me off all Nandos meal, with the most atrocious spinach that literally almost made me puke every time I had it, It does not have even salt nor onions, it is a green tasteless thing with sauce on top and Managers defend it with their lives. Then I went to Nandos Lifestyle a few times, the food is consistently of Nandos QUALITY, I add different things to my chicken every time and nothing ever disappoints. Truth be told Rooihuiskraal is a rip off and Lifestyle you get value for your money. Thank you Lifestyle Branch , Please do not lose the quality of food your serve us

Rooihuiskraal really has zero appreciation for the amount of money we pay for their food. I ordered via Mr Delivery and made the effort to call them to ensure they got my order correct but to my surprise it came in an exact way that I said it must not. Not sure if it was out of spite. THEY keep serving dry chicken with raw sauce on top and when you order hot with extra sauce, they serve extra hot raw sauce instead. It is a shame how much money we spend on Nandos only to get dry chicken with raw sauce poured ontop
True shame that Mike operates business in a manner that he is. We had booked a whole boat for 03 April and paid our deposit. We were going to travel from Gauteng to LAB and due the country being on lockdown as a result of COVID19 we are obviously not gonna make it. I have sent numerous messages requesting that he advised how we would deal with this, even a postponement would have worked but he is just reading my messages and not bothering with a reply never mind acknowledgement. He is just quite with our money, true shame that we just get ripped off like that after excitement we had about going in his Charter
Very disappointing, arrived here around 1h30, room 1 already occupied and we were given a card ro access theroom only tp find someone else's property in there, room 2 was a ***sty, by the time we got to room 3 i wanted nothing to do with this lodge, eventually around 7pm, we were presented with a room that looked much better. Long story short, the Zulu lady that is the manager here, made me remember that i was just a black person who's thousand rands meant nothing to that resort so i thank you Zimbali Resort

Been to a number of Tsogo Sun Hotels and never have i experienced this ****. First thing, they tell us that there is no duvet inners and there is only covers with attitude. Drinking from broken glasses, to feeling that we are the only black guests in the premises... For a 2500 per night bill, my money gone to waste and time wasted
I received an SMS from FNB offering me an upgrade from my Gold Cheque to platinum and i replied accepting the offer, then i called on Thursday 21 May to check if the request had been captured and it was not yet captured on the system,Mr Jele was polite enough to offer doing it over the phone with him and we did that, then he found a record under my name that said i was under debt review since 2008 of which to me was new, the gentleman was very patient and very helpful, he gave me all channels that i needed to contact. I first contacted the FNB debt review centre on Thursday morning and spoke to Michelle, i requested that she forwards me the notice that they received saying i was under debt review and she said i would receive it within 10 minutes, when i called again after an hour to tell them i had not received, the gentleman that picked up said Michelle put on record that she emailed it to me at 09h00 and then he offered to email it to a different email address but when he asked Michelle for it, she then said to him that she could not obtain it. This is a record that even the NCR does not have,FNB still has not explained how I ended up there, all they did was just take it off
