Careful. Unfortunately Yaga supports no returns even when valid. However the seller ( a youngster claiming she is a “liefie”) posted photos of shoes not close up to show the worn off suede. When they arrived they did not fit either so i requested a return and she merely didnt like it to be returned - when trying to plead with her she simply ignored communication for the return policy not to be valid within 48 hours. I returned the shoes and she is refusing to collect so Yaga will push through payment. I find it baffling - woman march for gender based violence - however woman are already such bullies to one another! Well thats the last dealing with yaga!
If ever there is a customer services consultant to look after - it will be CANDICE! Thank you so much for your kind heart, understanding, professionalism, consideration and being just such a wonderful human today! Your Westcoast village shop is really getting worse and worse. There use to be an old tannie there that was lovely - now you have a lady that huffs and puffs when she is packing the store and needs to ring something up. When you ask for a certain product she snarls and said well its not here cause people dont buy it here go to the crazy daisy that has it. Noted thanks! Your shop is stuffed with products and they are not fresh!!!! They are frozen or refrigerated for so long that once you open what should be your delicious treat IT IS WET! Like someone dropped your cupcake in a glass of water and shook it off and told you its fine! I am so annoyed right now … and embarrassed! Having to chuck out a cake and treats after not one guest could get it down after the first bite - disgusting! Do better! Quality not quantity!

Tyremart Parklands - you guys make us feel like family! You like the big brother that you always wish you had. Andrew its always a pleasure dealing with you and your team of gents are always so friendly and professional. I had a ***** in my tyre and even though you guys were super busy you guys sorted me out so quick and i so appreciate you guys always going the extra mile! I shall be back - hopefully for new tyres and not more nails … keep up the awesomeness!
To avoid the bitter and the negative i am not even going to go into the depth of my query and struggle to get a branch and call center to do what they actually suppose to be doing helping one another to help a customer and to have one anothers backs .. but after the one kept on throwing the other under a bus and me typing a genuine human to human facebook inbox to vodacom it was their social media department and the SUPERHERO of VODACOM Cape Town Mr Fergie Losper that saved the day. Not only did this man take the time to read and understand my situation he made extra effort to reassure me he wants to help resolve it in some way. Customers also make mistakes and i really appreciated that he was willing to meet me half way and did not deal with this like a robot reading a script. People often forget the human side cause they only have a job to do and Fergi there are not enough thank you's or praises i can sing your way to explain to your piers what your calm patient confident friendly and caring phone call meant to me! I wish you all the best in your career and wish we could clone you - your call should be an inspiration for all call center staff - i vote for you to remind them what they are suppose to be doing! I am forever grateful that we could resolve this so amicably - and your afrikaans is just lekker!
Boy oh boy are you guys just the luckiest humans to work with Brandon Fredericks. I made the huge mistake to just call the internet banking call centre - lets not go into that! BUT THEN ….. i called the local prestige line and this special soul picked up! Sorry i first called you Danie - dont know how i heard that - but then Brandon treated me like family. He went way over and beyond what he had to and we could do it having a laugh in between. Loved the fact that he could - gooi die taal - and reassured me if im still as confused or unsure i can call back and ask for him. Thank you treating me like you really cared … it made a huge difference!!! Mense die man verdien n middag af om daai mooi siel van hom op te pas hoor! Ag help me to award and appreciate FABULOUS service!!! He really saved you guys after that first call! Anyway - just thought you had to know and look after these ones! YOU SHOULD REALLY JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS! Sies Dont you get skaam for being so criminal to the people that support you? Your service is disgusting and there is nothing funny or amusing about your staff - actually i would be ashamed to be apart of your company! Your airhostesses are hot heads that cant even speak properly over that silly microphone ... but you want a badge for being oh so funny - we laughing at you cause you making fools of yourself! Your little barbie dolls chit chatting away at their cubicles where they act like they own the airport but have no time to actually assist .... not to mention your call center that very eagerly tell your customers no refunds will be done ... so thats how you keep your stinky business afloat! SIES - i sold things to afford my flight for a friends wedding in June 2020 - wedding cancelled but dont worry - "when ever you wanna fly anybody can use your money!" Charming response from your agent! I will not fly Kulula even if you the last flight on this planet!
SADLY you guys are just showing what criminals you have become during this pandemic. Your call center staff act like you owe them something and so blerrie pathetic with excuse after excuse - sies man! So i receive a payment in my account but the bank will not verify who it was cause i must pay for this .... so if someone made a mistake and paid monies into my account i must just leave it cause the bank wants to be paid to tell me who made that payment - dont worry we understand you not there to HELP you only there for YOUR MONEY!!!! And then for your staff to tell me that they dont know how to assist to change an address - i must go into the bank! Ag rerig????????? Im soooo disgusted with you guys!!! SIES SIES AND SIES!
