Dischem health insurance is a disgrace!!!!
First the operators say I must pay a cancelation fee... Second they say I must pay a reconection fee... First fee is not applicable for it is my own paid hardware from them. Second fee, I ask for when the operator reconect my existing line with them if there will be any fees he said no but now they request this fee. I'm on a month to month contract only and want the current promotion or lowest package that they don't want to give so I rather opt out. My biggest concern is that two different operators are sending this emails out. The one pointing at the cancelation fee and the second one on the reconect fee and what even irritates me they sending me mails 4:30pm before they knock of.
I would not recommend this company strongly because to anyone to solve a prepaid issue. They are incompetent of resolving issues but fast to do applications. They are not responding to any of my billing queries and send me different statements...
They say I can migrate to a cheaper package.My term is coming to an end so now is cancelation time/migrating. So none of them come back to me after numerous calls and emails.it is unfair to existing customers to pay R695 and they flaggering specials of the same package for R395. Who would be a satisfying RSA Web client???
Very unprofessional aand I'll mannered consultant's. I would not recommend them strongly. They put the fone down in your ear if you want to continue to cancell. Then proceed on the system generating the sms s. They have the odesity to do things without your consent. I want a fone recording that covers me and her that consultant of 26 November 2021 08:30 am.
I've send a claim via e-mail 26/02/21 almost a month ago and no one have the decency to reply???So unprofessional
Ashton van wyk sold a policy and promise me all my concerns Will be outlined in the policy documents that will be system generated in 10minutes .we stayed on the line for 22minutes and still haven't receive anything He promised me high and low it will come.

as a LOYAL mi way client i did not expect my claim to be treated like this!<br> i am paying allot off money and should at least get for what i pay!!!<br> I'm deeply disappointed in my insurance of choice.
