I was thinking the hole weekend if I should say something or not. I had a horrible experience at Togo Optical Meadowdale Mall. I have an autoimmune disease and due to my medication I need to test the back of my eyes once a year its a 5min test nothing major standard one that is done all the time. Spec savers who has always given great service was fully booked so I tried Togo as they where empty. They would not charge my medical aid unless I paid the price for a full eye test of R600. They wanted to charge me 300 cash for a 5min test. Spec savers for the one test is alot cheaper and they will load it for just that test on my medical aid. The way they spoke to me and treated me. I cried all the way home then thought I was just being sensitive until today when it is still hurting that they would discriminate against someone. I just overall feel hurt. My husband was going to try do he's glasses there now he will definitely not be going. Im just sad at how I was treated and pray it doesn't happen to someone else.
I would like to share application for Prince Kupamhama. We had a shoot out in our street a few weekends ago. And when he came to deliver there was a guy at my gate I did not know. My husband is away on business so I was a bit nervous especially after what happened a few weekends ago. I asked if the checkers 60 guy could stay until the other guy left. I really appreciate what he did I was really nervous and he made me feel safe. I am glad to know there is kind people out their like him. Thank you again.
I would just like to say a thank you, there was scheduled power maintenance in Edenvale today and the call centre tried everything. Even though there was lots of errors they managed to get the power back on. They kept me in the loop most of the day. Appreciate them for chasing the electrician's. I'm sure they had people complaining the hole day and still remined calm and helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for pushing so hard to get the power back on tonight I really appreciate it.
I received a pot lid which was wrong size I returned it and again they delivered the wrong size. I than returned it again and asked to credit my takealot account I got a message to say it was concluded but still no credit showing on my account. I have emailed a few times no response and there is no way to call in. I have no idea how to get this fixed I have been buying from takealot for years. This is the first time I've had issues. Not sure what else I can do.
Hi I need urgent assistance I keep emailing and get told that I will be contacted in 2 to 3 day and nothing happens I have been emailing since the 28th of June. I did not receive the details and then later emailed to cancel since I was not getting feedback. I have also called a few time. I see a debit order has gone off I need a refund and for the subscription to be cancelled I have not received anything and do not want it as this service has been so bad. When I called again today I got told the same thing 2-3 days asked to talk to a manager but did not get put through. I was told it's been esculated. We found hair in 2 plates of food. It was really disgusting the place was dirty. Will not be going there again. Shame the waiter was so embarrassed and apologized. Also one person ordered the nachos no chicken and it can with chicken on. We didn't eat the food felt ill.
I was on the messaging service and was not able to be helped. Disney keeps buffing then giving an error for a few days now. A person by the name of Sinovuyo refused to give me a surname said I must unplug my Playstation while shutting down, which Sony clearly states not to do. So I asked if it breaks because of me doing this will it be replaced. And I was told no its not in there policy so I said I'm not willing to risk it. All others streaming channels like Netflix is working fine and internet speed is 100mb. So everything should be fine i tried all other solutions had already been tried like Uninstalling the app re-installing etc. I'm not willing to risk breaking my Playstation. This person was also very rude. I will not get into that took screen shots and will call Disney tomorrow. I love the app but it is not worth my Playstation. The error message is error code: PB_STATION_NM-1002_1.
Std back debited 6000 instead of 1500 for my credit card, I check the app and they where meant to have debited 1500. The statement looks incorrect I increased my credit limit in September which made the payment 1500 not 6000. I can't get hold of anyone because it's 5am in the morning. I can't breath because one one can help me they said I have to wait until 8. But they could take my money at midnight. All my debits are going to bounce.
Wow I can't even explain how I feel right now. I had fraud on my account I logged it the beginning March. Only now have they finally said it's sorted out. They cannot send me a statement or give me anything until I went to a game store. I went to cradel stone today and got told no one from Rcs is there went to key west only to have then say they always struggle to get hold of the fraud department. Finally they answered and then hung up on the lady that was helping. Only to be told I must come back another day. I've been calling endlessly and asked for a email on the outcome but no one can help me. I am so angry with the service all I want is my statement so I can pay it off as I never want to go through this again 3 months is ridiculous to sort something out. I can't belive this service and have no idea how to get this fixed.
