In December 2020 I upgraded by phone. My new monthly premium is R439.00. For some reason MTN kept making a mess with my account, the wrong amount was being debited, then the wrong date was used for the debit order and then they constantly cut my line even thou payments were made. I eventually cancelled the debit order and did EFT payments but they still continued to cut my line and i had to call in all the time to get the line un-blocked. I have spoken to call center agents who are honestly so useless and incompetent, sent emails and still no responses and am no at a point where i just want to close of this contact and move on, there incompetent has resulted in my ITC being negatively impacted and no 1 can answer for this...you guys are really disgusting and i want a person in senior management to get this matter resolved, its 7 months now down this road and not even a call or response from MTN absolutely disgusting
I have a Standard bank credit card and am being charged a Cash Finance Fee every month, I have no idea what this is for and I have been trying to get ahold of the call centre and all all occasions the call just goes on ringing and just ends. I need to know what this if for. I also tried enquirying as to why the payment made on 20.6.2019 of R3265.11 is still sitting as a outstaning authorisation. again i tried call centre 3 times thsi morning and no joy. This is becomimg really fustrated.
received a call today from African bank contact centre, my husband cannot rememebr her name, the call was from ********** . The women was extremly rude and had no client service ethics at all, she shouted and belittled him and spoke as if she was speaking to a child. Is this the type of service that you offer, is is the clients fault i you as a big bank cannot get your ducks in a row and take in simple instrcution and debit client for amount that he requested. he has been getting numeorus calls from A/B as well at MDC, on saturday he made arramgements with MDC now today this rude women call, and she shouted at him for making arrangements with MDC, i work in a sales and service industry and I am shocked with the manner in which thsi women has spoken. I want a call from someone, I will then provide with my husands id number, I want url to then get the call that was made to him today, listen to it urself and then see if that is acceptable. I want her to call him back and apologise and we never want to liase with her again. She needs to understand that she is merely a dame call centre consultant nothing special about her its not her money it cost nothing to treat people with respect, I want this matter addressed with urgency, this is not on.
I did a credit card application earlier in the month. I got the sms that it is approved etc but no one has called me with the quote - delivery of card nothing.
I placed and order and received the in-correct number of items. It was a 12 piece and i only received a 6 piece but have been charged the full price. i called them on 22.1.19 and was advised that it was sent to the relevant department and they will contcat me with 24 hours. todate no feedback received , I what to know what is going in and I want the items
I took my phone into Jet Scottburgh on 9.12.2018 as they needed to send it to MTN to be unlocked. The manager called me once the week after it was taken in and was meant to get back to me with feedback. It is now 22.1.2019 way over a month and no call of feedback given. I went into the store at the end of December, they advised that the manager was off and she will call me back that following Monday, well to date no call. When I do call the store there is either no answer or the call cuts when they put me on hold. I need to know where my phone is and what is going on, I should not be the one calling and following up, terrible service
On 21.12.2018 the consultant called me and offered and assisted with facilities that i was interested in. I asked for the quotes so i could review everything, he advised that I can mail him when ready then he can finalize. Well since Monday i have been trying to get a hold of him no response , I called the standard bank call center today, they push me from pillar to post and say i must go to a branch, the consultant that i spoke to today cannot even speak properly. This is extremely frustrating, I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with no joy and the offers expire tomorrow. What is the point of having call centers or online facilities when we have to go into a branch ?????
DURMAIL (HUB) My parcel is at the DURMAIL (HUB) post office since 14.12.2018 09:21. To date it is still sitting there I called on Tuesday they advised that it will be sent to my nearest post office within this week, however it is still there and when I call the offices it just rings and cuts off.

I requested for 1 of my contracts to be upgraded at the beginning of November and the device was meant to be hand delivered. For some reason the device was returned to Vodacom and no one could explain why. I did not even get a call from the delivery company for delivery arrangements nothing they just sent it back. I then call vodacom and said that i want to rather fetch from a branch, they then advise that they need do some processing and only have 3 days then I can call in and finalise. It is now 6.12.2018 a month later, every time that i call or chat with the consultants that advise that some one will call me and yet again no call, apparently the lady that did the upgrade is the one that was meant to call back but she never does . i asked for someone else to help but no joy there as well as they say that i must wait for that initial consultant to call. How lomng should I wait its already a month that past ??
