JoJo Tanks sells tanks where the water inlet fitting has no retaining ring or nut on the inside. The fitting simply plugs into a hole in the tank. That’s it. No mechanical lock. Nothing securing it in place. It’s like putting a bolt through a hole without a nut and hoping for the best. I assumed mine was defective, so I checked multiple retailers. Every single tank was the same. The top inlet pipe pushes into a fitting that just sits in the hole. There is absolutely nothing preventing it from pulling straight back out. I tried to make it work by gluing the fitting from the inside. Eventually it failed, pulled out, and my inlet dumped thousands of litres of water. Completely avoidable. When I contacted JoJo, the response was frankly ridiculous — claiming the design is “to help installers.” That explanation makes no technical sense. A fitting that can fall out under normal conditions is not an improvement. After I challenged the explanation, I was ignored. Even the sales staff at Chamberlains acknowledged the problem. They said they sell generic retaining rings because so many customers complain about this exact issue — they were just out of stock at the time. Releasing a product with such an obvious design flaw is inexcusable. Save yourself the frustration, the water loss, and the unnecessary workaround. Buy a competing product that uses a properly secured fitting
Im commited looking after my new VW vehicle, above and beyond. There are well-known benefits to a vehicle’s engine when doing additional oil changes, for example every half service interval. I asked VW Hatfield to quote me for a paid oil change at 7,500 km. They refused. I made it clear that I was willing to pay; they still refused. I then asked for an explanation and they never responded, despite follow-ups. I went to another VW dealership and had no issues – they sent me a quote within minutes and will be doing the oil change next week. What kind of backwards logic is this?
Very slow on dispatch and almost no communication. Don't Answer emails. Sometimes Answer phones. 8 Days to dispatch on a very basic product. Use a different supplier if you can. Jul2025.
Fast Effecitve and Legit. I am happy to recommend them
This company is incapable of firstly understanding that they double charged me and secondly its now been months with no credit, just empty promises. DSL Telecom can share their part in the blame. Such mediocre service delivery.
I was promised A grade service when I signed up by DSL telecom but in reality this service is incapable of firstly understanding that they double charged me and secondly its now been months with no credit, just empty promises. Vox ISP can share their part in the blame. Such mediocre service delivery.
I Unsubscribed 9 times now from their newsletter as well as communicating with them, with a response by a real human saying I will be removed, but to no avail. I just keep getting emails. endless emails...... Unprofessional and unlawful.
I have Building and content insurance for my house with DialDirect. I had a burst geyser pipe and 2 floors of my house flooded badly. I had ceiling, floor, wall, furniture and loose item damage throughout amounting to well over R120 000 in total . Dialdirect replaced all my damaged property without hassle and coordinated all the contractors. The whole claim took very long but that is to be expected considering the complexity of the repairs. I am very pleased with how they handled my claim all round. Thank You
