I ordered a clutch kit at Jaymees Midas and the agreement was that it was gonna arrive the next day before 10. I went to the store at 11 and the kit was not there. I asked for a refund and they kept on refusing and I was not willing to leave without my money because I did not get the product. They started ganging up on me saying I won't get my money. They decided to charge me for handling fee for a product that I did not receive and it was not in store when I got there. So instead of receiving a full refund of R2500 that I initially paid. They game me R2125. That means Midas ****med me R375. I want my money back.
FNB Short-term insurance has no respect for clients. I logged a claim on 5 January 2023, for a leaking roof due to heavy rain and storm. I have not received any proper feedback to date and no call after the assessment. I have to keep on calling and they keep on say they will forward the claim each and every times I call. They have no respect for clients the only they are good at is taking monthly installments. Even the person who has been allocated for the has never called me.
Auto and General I want you to allocate someone else to assist me with recovering my excess from Santam. The person that was allocated to assist me is not doing anything and he does not even bother to reply to my emails. He only called me today because I called and complained. The feedback that he gave me shows that he didn't even read the documents I sent because he would have used it effectively. Please get someone who will attend to my claim and give me quality service.

Auto and General is doing very minimal to assist me with excess recovery for an accident claim that occurred on 27 November 2019. Everything is just being done at a snail pace even after I have notified them that the other party is insured with SANTAM but not much has been done to date. I would appreciate if they would give me value for my money that I pay monthly and on time to them. Auto & General I am really not satisfied with the poor service that you have been rendering when it comes to what is due to me.
I am a contract client at MTN. I was called by MTN on 1 August 2019 at 14:14 pm offering me a migration contract and the package included 540 minutes, 11 gigabytes data, 400 sms at R450. The sales person said he will email the contract documents and he did not. On 7 August 2019 MTN credited my account with less minutes, data and sms than what was agreed on. I called MTN to query and the consultant said she will escalate the matter and I told her that I no longer want the contract I want to go back to my previous package. MTN yet again credited my account today with what we did not agree on after I have received a text from MTN saying my query has been resolved. I am not happy with the poor customer service I am receiving from MTN and I am not willing to incur costs due to their poor customer service and the lies that they sold to me over the phone.

On 30 April 2015 Homechoice debited money from my account whereas I did not purchase anything from Homechoice. the last purchase I made at Homechoice was on the year 2013 and after that I didn't order anything till today. I called homechoice to enquire about this and they said they cannot assist me because when they were confirming my details it didn't match what they have on the system. I told the consultant that I will not hang up until I get assistance. I was transferred to someone who said since my cellnumber, residential address and occupation doesn't match what they have on the system. I must send my ID copy, proof of residence and payslip. I can't just randomly send my confidential documents esp. payslip to Homechoice because every time I call there I speak to a different person and I only have the call centre number. I can not send it to the email and fax number that I was given because it can lend in the wrong hands and already my account information was changed without even notifying me. I need one person that I can be able to consult with regarding this matter I would like a quick response so that this can be resolved as soon as possible.
