I wouldn't recommend these guys. The did a repair for which I paid as they were waiting before leaving my house. 3 Months after the repair the same problem occurred. After trying to get hold of them without success I posted on Google reviews. The next day Prosper contacted me via Whatsapp to inform me that he will not be doing business with me because of the negative review. He also sent me an email stating: "jy sal daarvoor betaal, vertrou my." He also told me via Whatsapp that he will sue me.
Please avoid these guys. They do more damage than good. We were recent victims of Jack Appliances. Our washing machine stopped working and found them via the internet - Andrew was super responsive and came to assess. After paying for a "repair" - It is giving the same issue 3 months later and are unable to get hold of them. I received this response via Whatsapp: "reply you on email but unfortunately we are not able to work with anymore because you left the massage and the bad reviews yesterday without calling us."
I order something online on 07/03. Delivery promise was latest 12/03 (PLK to CPT). Today is 13/03 and my package is only arrived in JHB on 13/03. Never use this company. They are cheap, but totally unreliable.
Dropped my vehicle for a service at 07:30 this morning. at 10:58 I was notified that the service was done and that the balance was R5839. How is it possible for only 2.5 hrs work. This is radicicolous and absorbent. No we anyone can afford this. It is more than my monthly installment.
Do not use the online portal to upgrade your phone contract. The number provided to DSV to arrange delivery isn't even the one I upgraded. The one provided wasn't registered in my name before it was cancelled. I kindly request that MTN cancel this upgrade as I really no longer want to to any business with MTN.
I requested my wifi be migrated from vumatel to frogfoot a month ago since I relocated to an area that Vumatel didn't cover. The request was made vir Afrihost I requested the migration to be done on 26 May. It is 28 May an I'm still waiting.
The absolute worst after sales service ever. Spoke to repair guys who promised to call me back, still waiting. Alan Friedman doesn't even answer his phone. Probably got fired for being useless. I bought 2 inverters that keeps breaking. Clearly you have a big market share and do t give a **** about service.

I went for my covid test at Dischem (V&A). It states on the website I can claim it back from Medical Aid. Once I submitted the claim Discovery rejected it stating that Dischem used the incorrect tariff code. I emailed Nick twice and spent 20 mins on 2 separate occasions each trying to get hold of him. Eventually I was told by him he cannot used the correct code as it is fraudulent. When I got upset about his he put the phone down on me. How difficult is it to get a piece of paper with correct information from you?
Rian Carstens ran this business into the ground. He now owes people money for work done which he just doesn't seem to be willing to pay. He very happily posts photos of him and his family on Facebook and gives himself flattering reviews on Linkedin. As the owner of Lumen Digital I am sure he can pay the moneys he owes former staff and freelancers. Does anyone know where we can get hold of him as he seemed to disappear off the map, most probably to avoid being served with lawsuits.
