Not worthy of the one star. Booked last night from Wynberg to Surrey Estate, driver accepted, arrived and said he's not going to a dangerous area, my response was do you know where Checkers Rylands is well it's 3 Min from there, after much explanation to assure him it's safe he told me to get out, which I did, he then billed 2 x R54 for leaving me in the lurch - CAA122710.
Seems these collection businesses are a load of **** artists. I finally received a statement, incorrect, I sent them ALL the POP and they claim three if the months they did not receive, these are payments that were paid directly into the bank account AND POP sent. This is equivalent to the total amount outstanding on the statement. Now they saying it's my responsibility to retrieve and send it to them. What a JOKE. This is between them the outgoing and incoming business. Hence we saying this is a **** business. I will not be making any further payments until they update the statement as they are saying there is an outstanding amount. Also for the record, the consultant I was dealing with at HTN Attorneys is THE SAME one that is now working at Ismail Dahya attorneys. Very understanding in the beginning but the attitude changed when THEY in the wrong in ORDER to Score.
Incompetence at another level. I received a threatening letter that there has been no payments for months. Thanks to the posting on hello Peter I see they have taken over from HTN Attorneys. I called the agent as instructed and she refuses to assist me as she says I must deal with Debt review, this after me explaining I removed myself from them more than a year ago and I was told to make arrangements with the individual company, which I did. Having paid them religiously and now this new company say I have missed 5 payments. Really, does incompetence ever end. I also emailed them to call me immediately but to no avail. From one *********** company to another.
I have been requesting an updated statement for MONTHS....since Feb, my emails go unanswered and phone calls unanswered.
Excellent service signing on but thereafter poor service. Waiting for 5 days for sims & router to be activated. Received numerous calls to deliver after we had already received the product. They escalated the query for activation multiple times and still waiting.do I stay or do I go?
