Booked a car online for 23 Feb 2026 at the Sandton office. Payment and deposit were taken, but the service was never provided. I was promised a refund on Monday, 25 Feb, yet to date neither the deposit nor the payment has been returned. Avis is effectively earning interest on my money while I chase them daily with no feedback. Absolutely appalling service
I have returned the car on 26th of Nov 24 and I received my receipt. It has been a week now my deposit has not been returned. The company is blaming the bank which I have no relation with. @standard bank
We have had no WIFI for three days. When you log tickets you receive automated messages. This has been very frustrating to work with a service provide that doesn’t prioritise service
We are on week four were FNB can not provide me with a statement. They have created all types of complaint identities like 2443967 to try and give statements. It’s quite infuriating. The most that I have got from it’s tweeter eye is I will escalate this. I should imagine it’s layer on layer to get me a statement!!!!!
There are two orders where the drives cancelled the orders with no call or attempt to reach me. With one I located the driver and drove to him using the tracker. He told no it's cancelled and left with my order and my money was not refunded. Im at a place where I was told no refund will be given yet these people left with my food in my presence and the other didn't even call. This is equal to robbery day light robbery and does not have the customer at the centre.
This horrible company offered to insure my mother’s life, harassed her to take life insurance of which she has been paying her premiums each and every month. She recently passed away and the insurance is saying she had a chronic illness which she had when she took this cover, Why would you insure a person that Chronic when you say you do not cover them and take premiums on a monthly that is fraudulent and misleading to say the least. This is a crime and will be taking it to a legal firm

<p>End of last year a taxi driver stole some contents in my bag, </p> <p>When I asked him to return my bag he charged me two hundred to return the bag.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently I asked a driver what was the polocy of looking for change while trip is on,</p> <p>sent a response to taxify and shared on how violent thier drivers are when questions are asked.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been a week no response.</p> <p>Im a daily user of this service but thier reposnse time is poor and thier drivers are rude at times!!!</p>
<p>After months of calling and asking me to pay i paid my account and asked to close it, But a contact centre agent told me i can not becuase they have closed thier books on the 21st of the month. I NEED a settlement later and this company can not give it to me. Come next month i would have incured some more charges but i requested to close my account now. This is outragers and is making me angry</p>
I HAD BOOKED A TICKET FOR THE 19TH NOV, CALLED TO CHANGE MY DATES AFTER WHICH I SAW CHANGING A TICKET IS MORE EXPENSIVE THE BOOKING A TICKET, SO I OPT TO CANCEL. THEY SAY I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AT ALL. THAT IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY. I CANT STAND FOR SUCH
