Netstar has failed to explain why I need to pay this month's premium after I cancelled my contract last month, due to my vehicle being written off. What am I paying for? What will you be continuing to track? A s****? Please make it make sense.

An account was opened with a cloned *****ulent ID book. Been asking Tenacity to have it closed and removed from my credit score, but they still haven't. It's been 2yrs now.
Old Mutual has a bad tendency of not wanting pay for claims on iWyze insurance. We never listen to people when they warn us about this company on Twitter. Can you please return all the money you've debited fromy mothers account, since you won't be assisting us with anything. She has never submitted a single claim from you and now when she does due to a damage from Gail force winds, you give us excuses. I would like to also cancel all my policies with you. You continue to show us how terrible you are as a company.

Dial Direct refuses to cancel their policy and refund my husband. Their debit order can't be reversed at the bank, due to it being a Debi-check, which my husband didn't authorize. They have said they canceled the policy 3 months ago but the debit is still going off his account till today.
