Vodabucks store problem - I have placed an order on the Vodabucks store on 5 Nov 2025. I have received nothing and the app shows complete. I tried to phone Vodacom customer care numerous times and nothing ... No-one can direct me or assist. I keep getting numbers to contact from the agents such as 0822410016, 0821945, 082 192 etc etc etc but nothing works!!! What the hell is happening here? Is this a **** ? How can you have absolutely no mechanism for complaints and not even Vodacom agents know what to do?? Why is contact so secretive for Vodabucks store and why can no one can be reached ???
I am really very tired of this branch because every single time I go there and pay an account (the one you have to type in), the teller tells me "its offline". This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME and 100% of the time at the tills (not money market). I can only surmise this its a lie, and it definitely is a lie, because I will demand it to be done anyway and guess what it works every-time. I am not sure if this branch instructs the tellers to do this because all the tellers at this branch do this just because they are too lazy to type in the account numbers.
I wrote a review in November 2022 titled "Worst Credit Card Service - Stay Away". Since then I received a call and it been 2 months and I have still not received my wealth bonus. How is it possible that service can be so bad ? Nothing gets resolved! Its is no departments responsibility and the issue just gets escalated again again but nothing ???
I have a money saver credit card. I have been trying for months now, without any success to tell Sanlam that I cannot use my credit card as I get no sms notifications. I have also been trying to get my Wealth Bonus paid into my credit card, again every single month they are investigating but I just get absolutely no results ! I have not been getting my bonus for the past year !! No one calls me or phones back.
Hi, I purchased 1 x Mix it Up Sharing Meal today (07/03/2022 @ 17:45) for my family via Mr D. Unfortunately the experience was bad due to small little white bones in the patties !!!??? What is going on here ?? This is the first time I experienced this with your burgers which I usually like! This is an expensive meal that went down really really bad. I am very disappointed as this to me is unacceptable because it appears to be obvious quality issues (regarding this batch of patties) and this was not picked up or ignored by steers and served to customers! I emailed only steers and no reply, just ignored. I think even sent a photo but nothing ... really bad customer service.
Good price and service (CPT branch / Milnerton/ Gina). I really cant complain about anything with this one ... I will definitely make use of them again and soon. Thumps up from my side. Recommended !
I signed up with Cell C fibre and already paid my deposit. I provided proof from my previous service provider that my line will be released 1 Oct 2021. I have sent numerous emails to Cell C fibre seeking confirmation that they are set for this date but I am not getting any response and don’t want to be left without internet. I am already with Frogfoot and have all the infrastructure installed hence not sure why this must be such a tedious process ? Can I just please get some service and confirmation or is this too much to ask ?
The bank charged backdated fees on 30 July for April, May, June and July which is unreasonable as no communication of a “new” deposit fee was communicated and they wait till July to back-date 4 months of fees. My account went over and has been locked since 1 Aug, so I cannot pay or transact and the bank will certainly charge interest on this locked account! I lodged a complaint and it's been more the 2 weeks! Not sure if I complaint about not resolving a complaint is possible. I have now resorted to making a complaint at the Ombudsman for Banking services ...
I spoke to Credit Card Section who referred me the Reality Section as they could not resolve the issue. I then spoke to Reality Section that is working on it but also referred me the Secure Services section. Secure Services section could not resolve and referred me back to Reality Section. I have now even signed up with Reality Club (as I was forced to !) just so I can access Secure Services to view my Credit Card Balance but I am still not able to view as every time I login the screen says I must sign up to Reality before I can view or see anything. Basically I am being transferred from one section to another and the issue is not resolved wasting airtime and causing frustration. I also logged a complaint and received no reference number but a follow up email saying someone will be assigned to my case ... absolutely nothing !!!
Applied for private vehicle finance online which was approved. I was aware that it still needed assessment but 5 days later I have still not heard anything so I started complaining ... Eventually I received email from an Adam Bechor that he was allocated my “marketer”. I called in repeatedly to get some feedback from him to no avail and eventually asked my banker to intervene. The same day Adam Becher rejects my application. Again no feedback or call. I asked if my rental income was considered but nothing from Adam. Again back to banker and eventually while banker act as a sort of middle man, I am advised that Adam wants the rental contracts which I then send. Later that day Adam maintains that my application must be rejected and rental income not considered because according to him you are not allowed to use a rental agent which to me is unbelievable!
