I have received exceptional service from the store staff, especially the store manager. Her name is Vuyelwa if I am not mistaken. She went the extra mile, she exceeded all my expectations,s especially at the value store. I was so sad for not getting the desired item. She made calls, to different stores that were a rare service post-pandemic. She was also sharing knowledge with fellow staff as to how to handle the process. I was thrilled, she needs to consider possible growth within the company . She must keep up the execellent work.
Online shopping experience is bad . 1stly you are debited twice for every purchase you make , you need to contact your bank to make a reversal . Why not taking the money for what I am buying ? Secondly , I bought the shoes that started pealing off after i wore them the first time. The process of returning is also complicated . I was told to use post net to return the shoes . when I get to post-net they told me to return the shoes with the very same box i got for delivery . Where am I going to find the box ? When I go back to chat with Zara service consultant , I am told I will only get a response between 24 -48 hrs . This is unacceptable .
I have always received an amazing service . The meat is fresh and well priced . The dumplings are the best. The staff is helpful .
I went for the live show there at lyric theatre first and foremost the bathrooms close to the theatre they smell soo bad that you are able to smell them from the main arena. Apparently, there is no water but they didn't barricade the bathrooms regardless just a bad experience . Before the show I went to Dirty Habits for drinks with my friends just to pass time , we settled the bill and tipped . After the show we decided to let the traffic subside by catching drinks at the same place, the waitresses were so slow didn't check up on the tables , one of my friends even gave up on ordering anything . As I requested the bill my other friend requested a drink and I asked for a revised bill , we paid and left . As we approached the foyer the other waitress and security guards approached us and shouted at us that we didn't pay the bill. The embarrassment and the harassment were unbearable. A group of security guards followed us to the store and accused us of being aggressive without even understanding the cause of all the commotion. The manager couldn't take responsibility she said she was not the one who chased us , she was dismissive . they pulled receipts that we owe them R5 I asked them to take them from all the tips that we have paid to them. It's so bad that bad customer service will always be pinned on black customers . We also work hard for the money we spend at these places , the least we expect is to be treated with dignity and decency . I will never recommend this place nor will I ever go back to it .
I was at Blubird checkers yesterday, I was not happy about the experience I had . I bought head and shoulders that was on promotion only for it not to scan the promotion price . On top of that i had to wait for the cashier as she was looking for someone to authorise. It is quite unsatisfactory to be made to wait and lied to .
3 Weeks ago I went shopping at Woodmead Mr Price Home . I received a really bad experience that led to a sales assistant at the tills to threaten to slap me . I called head office after i requested her name and her colleagues were also afraid to tell me her name . Head office customer service called her and they also spoke to the store manager . She came to apologize and when i asked her why she said I cant take her back to the experience . The argument was about a discount voucher that she insisted i couldn't redeem as i was making a purchase when I started explaining to her she made an excuse of me on my phone earlier on and disturbing the flow of the Que . I was really shocked at the level of service and her shouting back at me. She stormed out of the tills and told me she will slap me. I have sent the head office an email after she didnt show any remorse when apologizing . I haven't received any response for Mr Price Home .
I have been a loyal customer for this brand . They always strive for best customer service . During these times it has been challenging for me as a customer to recieve a decent service even at those big retailers who advocates for good service , but @home has always came through . The staff is always motivated and ready to give service . I would like to commend MOA @home team they doing an amazing job . Thumbs up to them .
I have been at woolies Monday and last week . What has been my observations is that what the advertise is not corresponding with what transpires. Last week it was with environmentally products and this week it was with the provita. When i asked the cashier at campus square Amanda she just did an override and told me that the rules have changed no more adhering CPA rules since covid19. I want to know how long is this gonna go on for , where a retail business will continue ripping of its consumers without taking accountability.
I would like to give a complement to a lady Named Nonhlanhla Simelane at Clicks Melrose arch . She is always helpful , her energy her presence and her professionalism is on another level. Our country is still far back from customer service level , people like Nonhlanhla are an epitome of great service. She shows so much passion for her job at all times. She will walk with you to the product , recommends and educate . I would not choose online over such an amazing retail experience . Please give her the message .
Just when I was making my way in the store my shoes beeped, security took my bag let me pass to verify if it was really my shoes that went on. I explained to him they normally do that. He told me I can't get into the store, because he would have to strip search me or I would have to take off my shoes to make my way into the store. I had to argue with him to enter the store until I called a sales assistant , he couldn't help me either ,he called the manager , when she came she also suggested I take off my shoes. By that time other customers were looking at me as if I was convicted with theft. I'm a regular customer in that store and an account holder I never thought that I would one day beg to spend my money in a retail store that I'm loyal to. I logged a complain immediately after leaving the store on the website they haven't responded , even called the store asking for customer complaints number it took me to voice mail , I left a voice note but there's still no answer 4 days later .I'm really disappointed by the service of Foscini group its Extremely Bad
