Woolworths for the 1st time refused to change a bodyshaper,what must i do with it cause its small,as an everyday customer, am very angry
This people know how to get a client,and they wont tell you everything, i bought a wig frst time,they gave me the wrong wig and mind you i have an occassion to go to,i had to wear it either way,then i decided to give them another chance i ordered another and ignored the first issue,the consultant i think its Nokwanda and Ntobeko,i said to them when i was ordering please dont deduct month end of january cause i have comitments and am still paying for the previous one and Nontobeko agreed ,then month end boom deduction,i spoke to her on whats up she said she would look into it,but nothing.because she wanted a client,then the wig arrived and i saw it was not what i ordered then asked her what is going on cause this doestnt look like what i saw on the pic they advertise,and i asked nicely,and i was told to go and look for a salon to tream it,and Nontobeko told me where to get off and said she is not a salon i must stop acting up.do i told the ladies why dont you tell us about the treaming because after i asked around i was told i have to pay another R300 for treaming.so its a lot for me,so this company its only looking for clients to benefit them they dont care about us.i wish i didnt interact with them,maybe i should try cash on delivery company not this
You know this thing if policies can irritate you sometimes,when the deduct every month they dont make a mistake,but try to withdraw you will block everything because of proof of residence,what must i do if i change to a new place?,i give them recent proof of residence and just because when i opened a bank account i was using my parents adress where i am no longer staying.this really annoys me,ii regret signing with liberty they will treat you like you are nothing when you need help
I think ubereats needs to descipline their drivers,whenever i order pizza i wait at the gate because the driver wont arrive at your gate,they will wait somewhere near your place take a picture of your order,leave a misscall and leave with your order,then uber will not do anything about it,i paid for order that diddnt arrive and uber will act innocent this is unproffessional.
Used rain router every month and I reported a problem and being ignored for some reason, what i know is that when you don't pay they disconnect, so after having a problem with the router,I started communicating because someone n the phone promised to get back to me which they didn't, I kept the communication and only received reference numbers on the message that they will get back to me. I decided to stop paying hoping they call.it took time and what surprises me us that they didn't switch off the outer and keep billing me.after months they decided to call and I told them to disconnect as I bought another router,rain also ignored that and kept on billing me,switching the router on and off.i don't know what to do with this thing
I have been using rain network for some time now, the router started loading every seconds and I was sending messages to complain about it and rain stuff will ignore you and keep sending you reference to say they got the message but it will end there, the nextthing they won't switch off the router like other months,instead they bill me double,i stopped paying so that they can contact me and they didn't,this is. Tiring I am even thinking of taking other network for business I can't work like this
On 2024-04-16 between 2and 3 if am not mistaken,I went to pep store in church street Pretoria central I needed 2bath mat's and 2ballpens for my daughter as she needs them for school,I arrived at pep store and took out mats and pens to go pay ,I arrived at the till then as I didn't have enough money in my Capitec card I decided to pay for the mats with a bank card,I did and took out R100 to pay for the pens and the lady in the till said,I cannot pay for the pens that cost R20 with R100 she doesn't have change and that there's nothing she can do about it,I told her I need this pens and what must i do when she says she doesn't have change,i don't understand ,she was rude and didn't show any remorse for that.i love pep. Store but the service we get from the stuff is irritating.i needed those thing's so much that I even told her to refund me for what I paid with card and she gladly did that,I hate those ladies shem,I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from pep again.
Yooooo I am very disappointed with fnb bank I have been with fnb bank ever since 2007, today the bank don't even care if I have the bank card or not, when ever I visit the branches,they tell me the card has been ordered,but nothing everytime I get paid I use eWallet or cash send to access my account, and its frastrating really.i don't even know what to do cause the bank itself can't help me.its tiring, maybe it's time to change banks now.haai
I bought a swim suit from Jet mam's mall and when I arrived at home i found that the swimsuit was too small for my baby,I used my last cash as it was the school trip time then when I took it back to jet,i was told the they don't take back the swimsuit,so I am used to buying underwear from Woolworths and they don't give me problems,I just don't understand what the problem is with her, and what must I do with the swimsuit,my daughter didn't even go out to the trip.haai maan this is irritating really
I ordered a pizza from debonair silver Oaks, and I did not have a problem with delivery time cause I paid knowing where i am ordering from, and there's a reason why I didn't order from Mam's mall.if it was a problem Why wasn't i told in the system instead they let me order only to be told by the delivery guy (Tinashe)that I shouldn't order from silver Oaks,its too far for him,I wasn't impressed with the whole situation because its unprofessional what the delivery guy was complaining about.i don't like it at all.dont I have the right to buy wherever I want.if he doesn't want to work then let it be.if I knew what i will be told I wouldnt have bought the pizza Mus,
