I app**** for a loan on the 28/06/2025 of which i was approved for R1000 and asked for it to be paid via FNB Ewallet, initially they said the funds would be in my ewallet in 60 minutes. Today is the 03/07/2025 and i still have not received a cent. On Monday 30/06/2025 i received a sms saying my funds has been paid, i checked over and over and still no funds, even on their site it says my loan is active but i have not received a cent. Since monday 30/06/2025 i have been calling and calling and all they say is "we will escalate the matter", escalate to where, because i have not recived a phone call or anything from any of them at lendplus, come the 25th of July, they would want to debit their moneys but i have not received a cent. I would not advise anyone to go to them for assistance. They dont make it their duty to see that their clients is happy and have the money the clients app**** for.
As a former staff member, I would advise the public to stay away from this company. In April 2023, 27th I resigned from EB Solutions with immediate effect. In the 1st week of May 2023 John Eagles phoned me and said that I need to pay back a salary because I did not work any notice period, he then sent an AOD of which I signed. May 2023 I started my new job and worked there till end of March 2024. On the 15th of July 2024 I did my sars e-filing and then my assessment said I owe Sars over R21600, I was amazed because I never owed Sars any money, I then did further investigation and saw that John Eagles and EB Solutions submitted to Sars I worked the full 2024 assessment year of which is a lie because I only worked for EB Solutions 2 months of the 2024 assessment year which was March 2023 and April 2023 (27th of April 2023 i resigned). I went to confront John Eagles the owner of EB solutions and at 1st he said it was a "clerical mistake", I then questioned him further and asked if it was a mistake, who continuously make the same mistake for 10 months and where did the money go that was submitted to Sars, John could not lie anymore and said in May 2023 when I started my new job, he submitted a salary to sars which was my "notice period" and "leave" money which came to over R21000 ( remember i signed an AOD for just R15000) but John placed on the payslip which I had no knowledge of "staff loan", he then continued to do this for the next 10 months of which he every month submit a payslip to sars and then the money gets paid in his own personal account. John admitted that he did this because he buys food every Friday for the office and the outings he takes his staff out. John *****ed on my name. I feel this is a serious matter where the owner/director of a fsp who is also a KI commits ***** at this level and I can guarantee you they are hiding much more at EB Solutions. John *****ed over R125000 on my name and he simply just gets away it, he also pocketed my notice period and leave money in his personal account.
I was sent a parcel by a well known medical scheme. On Friday 13/10/2023 I received an email saying that my parcel had been despatched and will be delivered on the same day 13/10/2023. I took off work to wait for my parcel as there was no one to receive it. At about after 2pm the same day I started to enquire on their online chat as to where is my parcel and when it will be delivered, I then got a response and got contact details of a guy named Vido and I was informed he has my parcel and it will be delivered during the day of the 13/10/2023. I contacted Mr Vido and he advised that they busy delivering in khayelitsha and he can't promise a time but if it is okay with me, he will be by me at 6pm on 13/10/2023. At 19:30 Pm on the same day I called him and he was very rude saying they still busy in khayelitsha and I whatsapped him also saying that I will lay a complaint because of their empty promises and poor service and he simply rep**** via WhatsApp saying "go ahead". For all my time dealing with couriers, this is my first time dealing with fast way but I will surely never use their services if I should courier to someone or if someone should courier to me, I'd ask them not to use fast way.... From after 2pm till to 8pm this Mr Vido has been busy in khayelitsha. It is really unnacceptable
So this people make as if they run a competition, they let you drive all the way to century city, promising you that you won but actually they want you to buy from them holiday packages. They worst than timeshare. I don't mind if anyone want to sell to me but not under false pretense and lies. You stand a better chance to win the lotto than win a prize with them. After losing they give you a "R8000" discount voucher which is all LIES.... HOW DESPERATE CAN YOU GET
I am so disgusted with the service from webafrica and vuma. I had fibre installed and the fibre only worked for about 3 days and have been offline now for over a week, so my fibre has been off longer than it has been on. For the past week everyday i have web chat to webafrica reps and everyday i must hear vuma people working on the problem but everyday i am with out internet. i would not recommend any person to sign with webafrica and vuma.
Good day all, For some time i have been thinking about opening a new bank account for my salary to be paid in and with my current or now previous bank have given me trouble i thaught nedbank would do. On the 10th of February (speaking under correction) I went in to the Pinelands Howard Centre Nedbank where i enquired on opening a new bank account. I spoke to a lady and all the lady advised was that their current/cheque accounts is R115 and with some added benefit it came to R140 and that was my monthly fee for this account, further on she assisted me in getting the money app sorted and asked me about my occupation, she advised me i must wait 3 days for my card and before i left i realised i never got her name and i believe she said her name was Sumaya or Shamiela or something. On the 14th of Feb 2022 i went back to ask if my card came as i am expecting some funds to be paid in my account, the lady that initially assisted me with the account was not in on this day, so i was redirected to the window where another lady assisted me. All this lady said was we going to give you a card but your name will not be on there and i said its fine, i signed for the card and left. On Monday 21/02/2022 i checked my account and noticed i have over R190 in my account, on Tuesday 22/02/2022 i went in my money app again but was shocked to see that i am in arrears of -R249 and then today 23/02/2022 I am further in arrears of -R328. Highly upset and angered as i am, i contacted the call centre where the 1st call i made i was told the systems are down and they will call me back in 5 minutes but NO ONE CALLED BACK. i called again and spoke to Siyabulela Ngumani, now this guy made sure i know its my fault because he repeatedly said i should have asked questions and its my job to ask questions. He also advised me that i have a pay as you use card and that also i was not made aware of. i asked him a copy of the call recording of which i still do not have. I am very unhappy with this product, i mean i must pay exhorbent amounts for spending my own money, they had to make me understand what goes for what and how the product really work. i had to sign so much things digitally that up until today, i still do not know what i signed because no real advice was given. My charges is at -R328 now and i was advised that charges only get applied on the account on the 27th of the month ( that i was only made aware of now today whilst speaking to the call centre consultant), and if that is what my charges is standing at now, what will my charges not be on the 27th of this month. My work colleague that also opened an account at the same branch said that she cancelled hers and did not even send the banking details for her salary to be pain in that account because what they explain in the branch(which is next to nothing) and what she heard by people like myself that has gone through the same thing with nedbank scared her. I am willing to take nedbank and all employees further and even to the ombudsman because i do not agree with the way they work and believe this is unethical. I spoke to a lady in the complaints department, a lady with NO EMPATHY, also making me feel that it is my job to EDUCATE and ADVISE myself on nedbank products and services and she advised i will get a call back soon from a complaints manager and i got a reference as well -55043243
I applied for a loan via blink finance this morning 21/01/2022. Everything went well until they requested 3 month bank statement. Now i have closed my account on the 19/01/2022 with capitec due to mistakenly subscribing on one of those pop up ads, at the same time i re-opened a new account with capitec and forwarded the details to my employer immediately. After sending the confirmation of account to blink finance, i received an email from both roxanne and natasha to send a 3 month bank statement so that they can see my employer sending funds in my account every month(salary), i then mailed my old bank statement from Oct 2021 to Jan 2022. Now here is where the trouble start, neither roxanne or natasha has called or emailed me back, when i tried logging in to blink finance again it said i must settle my loan (THE SAME LOAN I APPLIED FOR ONLY THIS MORNING WHERE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CENT FROM BLINK FINANCE), I have called their contact number made available on their site probably 20 or 25 times and the call gets cut every single time and frankly i am not sure if this is legit. I am scared as well as they have my personal and banking details. I must also add that their customer service is the worst i have ever come across. They do not reply or respond to anything being sent to them. I pray this is not a scam
On Tuesday 2015/03/24 at about 17:41 I phoned ER24 because my daughter urgently needed to get the emergency room at the nearest medical centre. At about 17:55 the ER24 ambulance arrived which impressed me already . We were 1st taken to Gatesville melomed and at that time the group of workers was already done with their shift, but at the hospital there were no place and then they transferred us to belville medical centre where there was also no beds available and lastly they took us to milnerton medical clinic of which there were place.<br> Wardi De Wet and Marzaan Neuoff I say thank you very much and I especially want to thank Marieza Snyman and Andre Els for taking us to belville and milnerton, for being very friendly and hospitable for re-assuring myself and my wife that our daughter will be fine for working almost 4hours over time just to make sure my daughter gets taken care.<br> Myself and my wife would like to thank all of u's from the bottom of our hearts and I know you deal with a lot of nonsense but our God sees far and you can be sure that one day you will reap your reward and will be blessed. <br> Thank you again and THANK you the Team of heroes
On Tuesday 2015/03/24 at 17:41 I was at the doctor with my daughter when I contacted ER24 because my daughter had to go the emergency room at the nearest Medical clinic, at about 17:55 they arrived which was for me unbelievably brilliant and there I was pleased already.<br> Marieza Snyman and her partner Andre Els and their colleagues Wardi De Wet and Marzaan Neuoff took great care of my daughter, I mean Marieza Snyman and Andre Els drove us from gatesville melomed to belville melomed where there were no beds available and then they drove us to milnerton medical clinic and made sure my daughter gets the necessary help and they were over two hours done with their work.<br> Myself and my wife thank you guys out of our hearts.<br> You guys must continue the good work and I know you go through a lot whilst on duty but God see everything and one day you guys will be surely blessed.<br> Thank you again and thank you ER24.<br> GOD bless
