As a nedbank client i expected a far better customer experience, however i am sitting here after paying in cash for a Samsung s26 with no delivery and no feedback. Its interesting because they continue to have specials on the phone but no actual delivery of goods Looks like i need to contact the ombudsman
No point in locker to locker service if youre unable to retrieve your deposit before its been collected.
I recently purchased 3 products at clicks on their black Friday special, 20% for 1, 30% for 2 and 40% for 3. I realised the 3rd product an iron pad was not correct and required the iron sleeve. Both the mat and sleeve were the same price. It should have been a simple swap on the old sales items. However i was asked to pay more. I asked how that would make sense to which the cashier was quite rude and said she needed to call someone else to explain while also complaining to another customer "the things we deal with" Absolutely poor, given that the current policy doesnt make any sense. Either way, i requested to be refunded and made a pointed note that the policy was **** because it also meant that i have managed to get a 40% discount for just two products. Do better. Also your cashiers need to be trained on what "difficult" is when i had a legitimate query. Thanks for the unearned discount.
A very unpleasant experience with a very poor social media team. I have raised my concerns on the level fo service at Arc Pavillion, i was promised someone would get in touch with me, a month ago. You are better off buying online from other merchants or going to Edgars.
I have had enough of the bank shirking its responsibilities to its clients. I am still out of poclet for a rogue debit order that they put onto my account. They did this to many nedbank customers and have washed their hands. I had zero resolution from the inept staff that reached out. I will be moving my banking and want feedback on what the penalties would be to move now with my 1 year fixed deposit still to mature.
I continue to receive multiple spam calls all traced to this company. Take me off your calling list , its a damn violation of the POPI act
The la roche posay sale was an absolute disaster but the management of dischem ****ed it up even more by not taking into account the requests of the customer. I was asked if i would acvept a refund or choose to wait for my order. I selected the option to wait, i now see the order was cancelled by dischem regardless and refunded. I want my products.
If only there was an option for zero stars. I shouldve complained when there was non delivery of my license disc however i reached out to the CEO on linkedin and there was quick remedy. A year later and the same ****ty service. My items i ordered which were sent for delivery on the 29th April have not been delivered. I work from home so i am fully aware that no one has come to deliver. The delivery has always been marked as "consignee unavailable". Id like to take this opportunity to implore Skynet to liquidate and wind up its business. Its beyond pathetic that we have to experience the same non service over years.
Insurance, what insurance? I had an accident in May 2024 when the driver of another car collided with my stationary vehicle. The driver took full responsibility and provided all of his contact information which was passed onto Discovery. Discovery paid out except for my excess. I have been in contact since May 2024 regarding various issues and chasing up on my excess for which i have received no response from a very *********** team. I will now be pursuing other avenues to obtain my payment. Be warned, you will be pushed from pillar to post with no assistance. Insure your items elsewhere. I know i will.
Vodacom have recently been awful, i did npt receive an sms for when my bundle expired and was charged all my airtime. Now that ive recharged my airtime it is not reflecting. Awful, patethic service, how the hell must we make calls?
