DISGUSTING
We are frequent visitors to Table Bay Mall, today we, unfortunately, decided to visit the Wimpy outlet at the mall. Disgusting is all I can say, my wife's chicken was undercooked and if it was a steak I would describe it as rare and ******. The manager was nowhere in sight and did not even have the decency to come speak to us, all I can say Wimpy and Famous Brands, you lost the plot in the UK and lost millions and you losing the plot here. That's the last time either myself or my wife will ever put foot in any of your outlets.

MOMENTUM - Think they've lost it
Requested a copy of a scan authorization from Momentum Health since Monday, 25 February 2019. Was promised the letter by late Monday, then again by Tuesday and so on and so forth. Yesterday they promised the letter within an hour. Even wrote to our portfolio account executive followed by another phone call to Momentum, requested a call back by one of their supervisors, guess what, still no response. Momentum, think they've lost it, more like a moon crater. Hope this prompts them into action, but I have my doubts.

STEEL BEAM DANGER
KFC Bothasig: This morning, on my way to the mall in Bothasig, I noticed, at the entrance of the KFC drive through that the steel beam overhead was hanging by a thread. Because of the immediate danger, this steel beam potentially holds for the KFC patrons and to people walking under the beam I summoned the manager to advise him of the situation, just to be told that he had already noted same with their head office who it seems cares more about profit than the safety of the people. In fact, that refused to close the entrance to the public or in fact put up a sign warning people of the impending danger. I have taken photos.

Be careful, be very careful!!
<p>I agree fully with Sherlock2016, am very suspicious of the so called 5-star rating all of a sudden. Those who fall for Rudi Carstens and his antics will soon feel it in their reduced bank balance. Don't pay this man a cent, don't even consider contracting him. We have been trying to track him for months to have legal documents served on him, so have others, but he is no where to be found, not even at his non-existant business address. If you want confirmation, contact the Sherif at Brackenfell. </p>

IF I WANTED RUBBER I WOULD GO TO TWT
<p>Yesterday evening, 17 June 2016, at about 19:32 we visited Canal Walk Shopping Mall, on our way home we decided to order two large pizza's at Debonairs Canal Walk. Need I say more, if I wanted rubber I would visit Tyger Wheel & Tyre, not that one can expect much from a fast food franchise that seems to have gotten to big to care about their reputation. Given the number of complaints, I would suggest that managament get out from under their desk and see what's happening on the ground, or have we just become accustomed to bad food in this country. </p>

STALE AND GHASTLY FOOD
Visited the Steers outlet in Melkbos Strand @ 17:56 Order No. 152. Order consisted of 2 x Shake it up Combos, which I might mention seems like a McDonald's rip off but at double the price. Well, well, let me explain, the buns were stale and most probably a week old, the patties like rubber and the shakes, which they advertise as 'ridiculously thick' was in fact ridiculously watery. The only thing remotely OK was the chips. As we speak my stomach feels rather upset and if either my wife or I come down with food poisoning over the weekend I shall report the matter first thing on Tuesday to the health authorities.

One Word Describes It All - PATHETIC
I drove from Edgemead to Plattekloof KFC just to be told their Krusher machine was yet again not operational. Drove all the way back to Bothasig to be told they do not have my flavors in stock, very arrogant lady at the drive through.<br> <br> Drove all the way to Goodwood, stood in the queue for 20 minutes to be told they also don't have Krushers available. <br> <br> Should I say that this is the most pathetic fast food franchise in the country, staff attitude, service and product availability is non-existent. You guys can take a page out of Nando's book for quality service, staff attitude and food delivery. As I say, a fish rots from the head!!

BAD ATTITUDE / BAD PRODUCT
Judging by the number of complaints listed on this website, I should have viewed these results before embarking on a purchase from Verimark, who seems to be going the same direction as G....mail. Approximately two hours ago I exchanged my older Bauer pan for a newly coated one and paid up an amount of R280. On my arrival at home I proceeded to wash the pan with hot water and antibacterial liquid wash. When drying the pan I was amazed at the number of places on the rim which showed signs of metal, obviously the result of poor coating, despite Verimark's claims to the quality of their product. Back into the car, using my petrol and time to call on the outlet. Well, this is where the fun begins. The lady, I assume she is the franchisee, attacked my integrity by insinuating that I had damaged the pan when washing. Further more she ripped out a bunch of similar pans, which, not to her surprise carried the same metal marks, poor quality coating again. She then proceeded to blame the supplier, I wonder if she realises that she represents Verimark and not the supplier, so if they stock rubbish then don't blame the supplier. Reluctantly, I opted to exchange for a similar pan. Why, ???

BAD, BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!
I refer to the last post, the same happened to us and it looks like their modus operadi, wait for their attorney's letter and then you won't get hold of the owner or his attorney. Stay away from this company, but don't just leave it hanging there, the more of us that take action against them to hold them accountable, the better. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. PS. The owner's name is Rudy.

COMPLIMENT
A few weeks ago I visited the Bothasig Branch of Romans Pizza. After two adverse notices on hellopeter.com I eventually experienced the type of service that should have been forthcoming from the get go. <br> <br> Let me say however, that the owner, Donovan, has gone out of his way to rectify the situation, the replacement meal was of a very high standard as well as the service by his staff. Donovan is a passionate franchisee and a credit to the Romans Pizza establishment.
