Giving the company 3 stars because they have some ****y policies that make them impossible to deal with. Example; not being able to pick things up from them even when you are just around the corner from their offices. So, now you have to wait +/-3 days for something you could’ve picked up in 30 minutes tops. Luckily I was assisted by Mfundo Mdlalose who was a phenomenal help with the whole process. He was great. I just feel like his company let him down. If you are wondering, they are legit. I was able to get an iPhone 11 (though it was the wrong colour) within a couple of days of finalising everything with them. Honestly if it wasn’t for Mfundo, I would’ve lost my **** and cancelled the subscription. Mfundo, if you are reading this, those people don’t deserve you bro.
I received very good service from Fatima. She was always in touch and always contactable for any queries. The process was painfully slow at first, but once it got going, it was smooth till the end. I am very grateful to Fatima. An honourable mentions also for Trisha Govender and Bronwyn Wevers. Thank you so much all 🙏🏾😊
My brother sent me a parcel through this company from Mthatha in the Eastern Cape to Middelburg in the EASTERN CAPE! I specifically wrote F****n EASTERN CAPE on the address so that they don’t miss it. Not surprisingly, a few minutes later I get a message saying my parcel is being sent to Thembisa Mall, which is where? F****n MPUMALANGA. So I called back and told my brother to go back and have them change the destination as this was wrong. The lady (let’s call her A) insisted that this was correct and that the parcel would in fact be received in Eastern Cape, that “THEMBISA MALL” was just a reference on the system. FINE!! Few days later, my parcel is in Mpumalanga😡😡. Then I was told the parcel would be sent back to the sender, and that I would need to pay for another delivery 😡😡😡. WHAT THE ACTUAL F***? The lady I spoke to at Paxi said that this is their process, and they could not give me A’s name as the person who handled this delivery or hold her accountable. So PAXI and PEP basically robbed me. It was just R100 but for me the principle matters. I suppose the poorness of the service is to be expected. You get what you pay for. I would advise anyone to stay away from these people. Use The Courier Guy instead. They are the same price with 10 times more reliability and accountability.
I have never been this disappointed with this company ever since I started working with them. They have continuously delivered my parcels to the wrong address. Almost every time I book collections with them from Middelburg in the Eastern Cape, my parcels end up in Middelburg in Mpumalanga, even though I write EasterCape like 2 times in the address and put the postal code, this still happens. I did not mind waiting for the other parcels because they were things I could wait for, and the delay was usually two days max. This time my parcel has, so far, taken two weeks to get delivered because the people in Joburg did not care enough to track it down in time, and the people in Mpumalanga did not care enough to reroute the parcel as soon as they found out it was mis-delivered. 2 whole weeks. The worst part is I am losing money and integrity with my clients because of this. Sounds like I am making up stories for not delivering on my promises. If you are seeking efficient delivery for your business, find a more reliable company
I am having a serious problem with Rage. This company is starting to affect my quality of living. I am unable to take credit because they refuse to issue a paid up letter for an account I closed in 2020. I have called and emailed countless times with no assistance. They keep saying they are going to send it, and they never do. It is unbelievable how quickly they changed. We had a very good relationship until I decided I wasn't keeping the account anymore. Someone please assist me. My details are below. Shamain Nonzaba 0,8,3,8,7,5,4,3,5,2 nonzaba.shamain at gmail dot com.
I am so appalled by the service I am receiving from NSFAS. My niece applied for funding in September 2020 and got a message around April this year saying her application was approved. She has been struggling endlessly to activate her NSFAS Wallet to access the funds. Since April we have been emailing NSFAS and calling with no help at all. When we call these numbers 0800067327 and 0217633200 the voice says we contacted NSFAS at a bat time and we should call later. We have been trying to call at least 3 times a day on both numbers since May with the same frustrating response. Why must our children struggle like this to access education? What is NSFAS doing? It really saddens me. There isn't even a financial aid office at KSD College at the Zimabane Campus. For anyone who is willing and able to assist, my niece's name is Asive Innocent Cetywa (ID 9909210995083). The latest ticket number we got was #944105. Someone please do something. We are begging at this point for assistance. You can contact me on 064 753 8488 (msindisi.mtengwane@gmail.com) or contact Asive on 078 092 5691. Many thanks in advance.
Quite possibly the worst online store I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Ordered a two books on Feb 24 and I got different feedback from different people about the lead times. One said 3-5 days and the other said 3-10 days. They have no form of tracking for orders, which is the most annoying thing ever. You basically have to rely on them to tell you where your parcel is on the day they eventually decide to answer the phone. There are definitely better service providers out there. Van Schaik is much better than this **** for example. If you have options, spare yourself the headache and choose another supplier. These people never answer the phone, and when they do, they transfer you to "the online guy" who doesn't ever answer the phone. I have called them 4 times in the last 9 days and I still have no clue where my parcel is or when I will receive it. If I didn't need these books urgently, I would demand a refund. This is stupid!!
I ordered something from Cape Union Mart online on the 12th of December last years. Today is the 13th of January and I still don’t have my order. Fast n Furious, their courier partner have offered the worst service I have ever received from any courier company. My parcel has been in more than 4 provinces and it’s still not in my hands. Tried calling CUM on (0860) 333-329 and all I heard was “All our agents are currently busy, press # to leave a message or hold for the next available agent” for more than 8 minutes until the call dropped itself. I called again and the result was the same. Who the **** do you people think you are. How in the ****** hell does a 3-5 day deliver turn into 32 days??? I demand a full refund for this delivery and I want my parcel in my hands today. If not, we will meet at the CGSO. I have had it!!!
Absa is likely the worst bank ever. 1. I withdrew funds from my forex account on 26 November 2020 and I still don’t have them. Even after communicating with the bank and submitting ARN numbers for them to trace the payment, the money has still not been paid. Instead, they keep bouncing me around from department to department instead of communicating amongst themselves and solving this issue. The worst part is that I didn’t even get a notification or any kind of explanation for why my funds are withheld. I’m the one who has to spend time and money chasing after ABSA. These people are really pathetic. Not to Mention I’m paying over R500 a month for this dysfunctional account. I intend to move all my business to another bank the minute they pay me my money. This is beyond stupid.
