I purchased a recliner set at the pop-up shop from Centurion Mall on 08/05/2023 Sales person Grace Faradja. We have a 5 year warrantee on the mechanisms. One of the recliners is now faulty, and upon trying to contact the store, the number does not work., and it seems they are not at the Mall anymore. We send numerous emails from 03/11/2025 to hello@reclineronline.co.za also, and they do not even bother to answer back. On 24/11/2025 I managed to call and get hold of the store in Silver Lakes. The name of the guy I spoke to was Patrick. He was very, very rude and unhelpful. According to him. they are not ad hearing to complaints or guarantee repairs now, as the company has got backlogs and will only ad hear to complains in January 2026. This is completely un acceptable and by far not good service.
Disgrace !!!! My daughter is there right now, waiting for her file for more than 4 hrs already !!! She is in pain, and needs her medication also. When she asks the people there what is going on, they scold her and says she must wait !!!! This place, like all other public hospitals is a ****en DISGRACE !!! Filthy facilty,stinking, and very RUDE people. You reallt sit and die there. The people going there is poor and can not afford medical aids. We are promised better services,etc, but instead it is groing worse and worse !!! The management of that place must all be fired !!!!. Go fund my daughter Claudia Friebus and HELP other poor people. Fix your facility !!! Disgrace !!!!!!
Why in thr Hell is this Hellhole so called hospital still open ??? I was there with my daughter who has got a bleeding tumor on her bottom spine ay the casualty department on 23 Sept 2022. After hours of waiting, eventually got to see a doctor who then send her to xrays. There she was helped wuickly. Now we had to go back to doctor who said we need to book a Ultrasound gor her, but could only get a booking for 14 November. 2 mnths later...PATHETIC !!! We then go get the meficine at Pharmacy. Holy moly... here we waited from 11:15 till 17:20. !!! *** !!!! Anf to top it all off. My daughter call me the next day to say that she is bleeding from this yumor slot and in severe pain. I im my own stupidness decided to take her back there in the hope tgst they might admit her..... ok... you got a far better chance to just die waiting there than to get any ****EN help from them. We sat at the casyalty from 19:00 till 24:15 !!!! And they only took her vitals. There was people that was very sick with us. A 84 yr old lady that look like she is having a heart attack. A guy who got stabbed in the chest and bleading all over, etc.... but they would just sit and look at you when you start asking questions !!! And if you raise your voice out of pure frustration the security would come and stand next to you !!! Bladdy discusting and ****ty service from so called nurses and the dictor. Shame on them !!!!
I tried to get a loan from them. However I was declined as I could not send through my paperwork. A lady called Vanessa Jacob's let me know I'm declined. Now I get harassment from them all the time, as they say I have got a active loan, and I do not. I also kept all the messages and screenshots that show I was declined and did not complete the process.
was a patient at your hospital from 24 March till 31 March. I am positive for the Corona virus, and was transferred from Bertha Xhowa Hospital to CMJAH. I write you this email, because I am very upset. On 25 March a friend brought me a package to the hospital. He was stopped by Security, they went through the package like supposed be, and then they said he can bring rest of the things in at about 12:00. He came to my ward 586 in block 5, where I was lying. The security stop him there also. While talking to them , a doctor apparently with the name of Susan came to them, told the security to go and she will sort it out. She took the package from him, together with R100 which was supposed to be for me, and promised she will give it to me. He did not trust this, but because he was not allowed in, he took a photo of her also. I will attach the photo. I never received the package which had close to R400 things in. I reported this to Steven the Security Head, but nothing was done. I send him numerous messages, and called him. On the last call he did pick his phone up, but he claimed it was not him speaking, which was a lie, as I recognized his voice. Long story short. I am actually at home now, and I am NOT letting this go. This happened in YOUR hospital, and I already asked a friend eho is a Major in the Police to check this out. I would like for you to please respond with what is being done regarding this, or I will open a case.
On 09/10/2015 I took my car there after being referred by Supa Quick to have the back brake shoes replaced and the drums skimmed. <br> <br> Invoice nr 32213<br> <br> When I received the car, it was fine for a few days, and then it started giving problems again. I took the car back again and after waiting almost 4 hours, we received the car back with the news that there was DUST on the brakes only. I drove the car again for a total of /- 2 weeks, and yet again the brakes started giving problems.On Saturday 06/02/2016 I took the car back for the 3rd time I got it back, drove around with it and noticed that it is smoking from the back. It was too late to call them. I left it for 2 days as I thought it was just because of the new brake shoes they put on. Today I drove it again, and it is smoking worse. I called them and I was very upset, and told them I will bring it in again tomorrow FOR THE 4th TIME !!!<br> <br> Why could this not be sorted the first time ? It takes upwards of 3 times to have one problem solved.<br> Now I ask you. What type of service is this? I am a customer that was referred by a very reputable company, and this is the type of service I receive !!!
It is now 5 times that I try to get a response from Direct Axis regarding an account settled and closure letter. I requested a settlement letter on 31/08/2015 and received it. I then made my payment on 01/09/2015 for the full amount and sent them a proof.. I tried to contact them, and their lines was very busy. I went onto the website and requested a call-back. After 3 days no call-back yet. I sent them an e-mail regarding the letter 4 times already and every time I get a response that says a consultant will get back to me within 24 working hours. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and still NO REPLY,CALL-BACK OR LETTER !!!! I am very upset and need them to contact me immediately.<br> When they take their monthly payments, they do not have a problem, but when it comes to a customer request, they take for ever.
I BOUGHT A HOOVER VACCUUM CLEANER ON 29/12/2014 FROM PICK @ PAY HYPER BOKSBURG. IT ALL OF THE SUDDEN STARTED TO SHOCK WHEN WE USED IT. AT SOME STAGE IT SHOCKED ME SO BADLY, THAT I COULD NOT USE MY ARM FOR +/- 1 HOUR. I DECIDED TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE SUPPLIER AS IT IS STILL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I DID NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING ANYMORE AS IT IS 2 MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT IT, AND DID NOT ANTICIPATE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT AND THREW THE PACKAGING AWAY. I WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE SENT TO THEIR REPAIR PEOPLE AND IT WOULD TAKE +/- 2 WEEKS TO CHECK AND IF NEED BE TO BE REPAIRED. AFTER 2 WEEKS AND NO PHONECALL OR UPDATE, I WENT TO THE SHOP. I WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE IS NOT BACK YET AND THEY WILL FOLLOW UP AND LET ME KNOW. I WAITED FOR 2 DAYS AND NO CALL CAME THROUGH. I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP, THIS TIME TO BE TOLD THE LADY DEALING WITH THIS IS OFF AND WILL CONTACT ME WHEN SHE IS BACK, AFTER 1 WEEK NO CALL YET, AND I WENT BACK AGAIN THIS TIME A GUY WITH THE NAME OF PETER TOLD ME HE WILL FOLLOW UP. I AM STILL AWATING A CALL. IT IS NOW 26 DAYS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! I AM SO VERY ANGRY NOW, AND I ACTUALLY NOW DEMAND A FULL REFUND.<br> THE SERVICE I RECEIVED IS VERY BAD!!!
