Really poor service from Ink Star, the company is unethical in their business ways. They sell you cartridges which are almost empty, when you return it in the original packaging they weigh it and say you've used the ink, and refuse to refund you. Unfortunately honest customers is at a loss here. Also the cartridges is not compatible as they would claim on their website. Karma...what goes around comes around. Please do not buy from them! What a rip off company
Waiting 45min for food when there is only 20 people in the restaurant, the table is not cleared when you're finish eating. While the manager just sits at his table and enjoy his meal during "peak" restaurant hours. Not even one visit to our table to confirm all in order. Terrible service.
I called to do a SIM only upgrade on a weekend. Unfortunately they can't assist with this over weekends.

I have ordered a package on the weekend from takealot and received a sms yesterday morning to say it will be delivered yesterday before 17h00. I have since then not received a single phone call from Fedex or takealot to say the status of my package. Really bad admin from takealot and the couriers is unreliable

On Saturday morning around 12h00 I lost 50% of my premium channels. I have read the other reports and the response is the same from Multichoice, please accept our apologies and restart your decoder and the error has been solved<br> <br> I understand that technical queries do slip in from time to time but as a world class supplier of entertainment Multichoice should have contingency plans in place to prevent this from happening<br> <br> I would like to know what is Multichoice's contingency plan or prevent it from happening again?<br> <br> As Multichoice is the sole provider of superrugby in SA we as customers don't have an option of choosing our service provider for certain services...We really pay high premiums for service and that's what we expect.<br> <br> To make things worse nor the multichoice landline nor the mobile nr for multichoice was working when I wanted to find out what was wrong but it just gave me an engaged ringtone.
