This company puts you in a worse position than before applying for review. They sell terms of 5 to 6 years but once signed up they extended it to 11 years. How is this even possible to hold a consumer hostage for 11years? Seriously?
I have a policy but tried adding another vehicle to my policy, what a nightmare. i have submitted photos 4 x times and it gets declined each and every time. when i phoned in i spoke to a gentleman who told me that the sun is shining on the car and they can not see it clearly ? REALLY???? its day time, does the sun not shine during the day ? i asked if i should rather take my business elsewhere as i seem to have to jump through many hoops to get cover, and i was advised very nonchalantly "that's your choice if you want to" CLEARLY Naked insurance has enough clients, that my small instalment means nothing to them. I then re-submitted photos again and was declined again, i phoned and spoke to a lady who said i would have to send an email to cancel my policy ? what policy ? you people keep on declining my photos, so the policy is not even active, yet you where quick to take my money. never the less, the consultant then decided to end the call as it was 16H00, apparently putting me on hold. This was a BIG wakeup call, i will have to move to another insurance company as clearly having me as a client means nothing to naked insurance. PATHETIC!!!!!!!
Samsung does not honor the advertised price. I saw a QLED Samsung television and when i contacted the online department to place the order, i was advised the price is wrong. I queried it with the consultant Tokozo, and he advised me that it is not their price but in fact a "google" price and i am welcome to take legal action if i wish, they will not honor the price. ? i mean, seriously ? is this how clients gets treated by Samsung representatives ? Very disappointing to say the least
I opted to downgrade my account to a cheaper option as the account that i had did not offer anything worthwhile. FNB decided to cancel my debit card without notice or replacement card, so when i tried to use the card today it got declined. needless to say the embarrassment i had to endure. when i phoned the call center i was quickly advised by the agent Nobuhle that "it was your choice to downgrade, so we cancelled your card and now you have to order and pay for a new one" seriously ? i cant believe FNB could react like this. i think it best to move my accounts else where.
These guys did my move last week. they arrived early for collection. loaded everything effortlessly and the move was completed within 2 hours. an absolute breeze. best off all, i had no damages or breakages as one would expect with moving house. definitely recommend these guys.
I app**** for a credit card via the clear score app and sent all docs as required by the app. The consultant from standard bank phoned, all off a sudden now they need more documents, etc. Eventually the card was approved but with a way less limit than was pre-approved. Today i get another call from the call center, now i have to re-submit even more documents ? What is going on at standard bank ? I rather decided to cancel this whole application, if the account starts out like that, i cant even imagine what will happen going forward.
Poor feedback, vague answers. when asking to speak to a senior person, i get put on hold for endless amount of minutes. Sesethu & Neo does not tell the truth and avoids responsibility for the incorrect information they claim they gave me. Absolutely disappointing service, especially being so long with this company.
Absolutely appalling service, or lack there off. Credit card was paid off on 06.11.23 and I requested a paid up letter, all i am getting are excuses and delays. They also report the incorrect information to the credit bureaus which in turn affects my credit rating negatively. Isec does not respond to a client. makes commitments and does not keep to them. So glad i am done with this bank. Just wish i can get my paid up letter, but i guess this is going to be an endless fight.
Absolutely Pathetic. First they report wrong information to the credit bureaus, when i as a client question it, i get told to phone 6 x credit bureaus, according to N Goncalves, for the correct information and prove to Absa that the information is incorrect. Absa reports the information, so they need to fix this mess.
What a disgrace for an agency. From the owner Hugo, to the agents Clinton. Absolutely appalling attitude and service, or shall i say, lack there off. If anyone is thinking of using this agency, rather don't. There are far better agencies out there.
