Inefficient and unreliable service provider of Fibre service. I cringe when I have to call these people
I am being invoiced for Car Guard Services when the sales agent did not send email link to me for app to be downloaded on my phone.Date (14.06.2024) I have called on two occasions requesting this email,to no avail. 21.06.2024 when I called to cancel this subscription, I was advised that I ought to have downloaded app from play store.Siya the supervisor is supposed to have listened to the recording and reverted..still waiting I'm not prepared to pay the invoice of R76.00 Secondly, all subscriptions are invoiced a month in advance..so on 21.06.2024 a new tracker unit was installed in my vehicle but I am now asked to pay for the new unit and the old tracker unit!!!!!!! *********....I'm disgusted with the lack and incorrect information being passed just to attract customers I would like to resolve this issue and look for another service provider....
Changed from Discovery to Santam First month with them And they have debited me twice for insurance premium Acc to Peter - the first debit at end of April was for May 2024. The second debit which was deducted from my account on 2/3 May was for June 2024.

Fibre is down since 15/11 @ 11.30 Lodged a service related request Nothing happens Called on 16/11 only to be told that the call centre idiot who took my call did not lodge this request So request gets lodged on 16/11 I call vodacom twice a day to ask for updates...nothing and no one can assist I called now and spoke with Pamela...after a lengthy conversation I asked to speak with supervisor...who allegedly left with her car keys...supposed to be at work until 8pm.thiscswrvice fir you I think she is nolizwe.....disgusting pathetic service

Went on 16.01.22 to buy volkano Scorpio earphones. Not in stock Terence - the manager - took down my details and was supposed to have updated me on availability of stock at the Springfield store. He faithfully promised to call on 17.01.22 Guess what The man is still on the 16th January whilst the rest if us have moved to today's date I.e. 19th January I don't understand when managers are inefficient...how does their staff behave Disgusted with this behavior
