I placed order on MrD at KFC Fores**** and in my order I was supposed to get 2 cold drinks and only received 1, with 2 straws, we had specified our meal requirements but I doubt they even checked the notes!!! I believe a formal training needs to be done and the workers be told what online ordering actually means. I cannot order at 15:00pm and when I arrive at the outlet, at 16:12pm I HAVE TO STILL WAIT FOR THEM TO PREPARE MY ORDER!!! I set the time knowing I don't have time to stand in the long queue and wait for my order to be done because you are not even served as priority!! Everytime I place an order online I experience such, they could atleast learn from other outlets that actually call and confirm your arrival to make it easier for both parties if this online ordering is too much for them! Using the online feature is me trying to avoid inconvenience...please do better!
Very shocked to see my account suspeneded when I made a payment on the 14th of June and when I follow up I find out my subscription increased and I need to pay R470 as the increase was done in April. My frustration with a house full of children and not having anything to watch!!!! Because an organization doesnt have a better communication system to notify its clients about such a steep increase from my usual payment. I need solutions immediately because this is totally not acceptable!!!!
In June it will be a year after I got hijacked and filled a claim. They took the car same week it got hijacked on the 18th of June 2023 and I got my car back in September, without any clear communication o what is actually happening, I had to keep calling asking for updates. Whe I went to fetch the car I realized that my radio which was ****** had not been fixed and when I asked why, I was told "never disclosed it to be after market when I met up with the assessor at the crime scene" first, WHAT ASSESSOR??? WHICH SCENE??? Cause I know it was me, my family and police that were there and noone EVER called me to asked about the radio!!!! Try to get in contact with Chantelle or whatever her name is and most of the time I keep getting shes out of office and when I ask to get someone above her pay grade I just get ask "would I like to leave a message". When I finally manage to get her, I explain and she asks I send documents, which I do and then its quiet AGAIN!!! I reach out once again and she says she never rexeived anything, I decided to send while we on the call and she says she cant open the attached, I start to screenshot the car contract, EVERYTHING ON IT because I dont know whe I will ever get her and she says she got them and will revert back...well guess what...DEAD SILENCE ONCE AGAIN FROM HER. I call, dont get her, send an email asking does she directly want the sales person's contacr so she can confirm if the radio is after market or what...QUIET Had a trip I had to cancel halfway being on the road because there was a sound and when I pulled through the nearest pit stop garage, the attendants asked where my undercover boards cause whe you ope the bonnet you not supposed to see the tar or floor..So I dont know what to say about that also?!?!?! To cut a very long story short, I AM STILL WITHOUT A RADIO
You go to people's houses selling a service that you cannot maintain. I work from home and when I took you home Fibre I never imagined that I gave to call everyday just to make sure I have connectivity because some of us get paid by logging in to the work VPN!!! Now tell me when I reconnect every 20 minutes what will I be paid and HOW IN THE HELL will I be able to pay??!!?!! Telling me a ticket has been created doesn't assist in anyway because this week I think I was online for only 2 HOURS and you consultants are brave enough to tell me I'm connected when I tell them I am not. Please fix your LTE and connectivity because really what is the point of all this?!? Can I also can an ETA on when metro Fibre will be installing cause I think it's been 2 months now waiting You are not being considerate of us working from and have no other means of income but come month end you will be there with your debit order!

I'm only giving this star cause I can't give less!!!! Same complaint that I thought was resolved LAST YEAR apparently its still an issue. Can someone who has authority to close an account or put a query next to my account please get in touch with me cause this is really getting boring now! Making me go all over the departments and still get no help!!!!!
January 2020 called to cancel my contract with Vodacom( lady said my last payment would be in February) I relax thinking everything is sorted then boom March I get messages saying I haven't been making payments(mind you its a debit order) I don't pay mind to it cause surely its a mistake. April comes along and the same message come through and I'm getting worried now and start making calls only to find out after I have talked to almost all the consultants that were working that day that THEY CHANGED MY DEBIT ORDER DAY without my consent and now their debit attempts have been unsuccessful because the day they choose my account is usually and now I have incurred charges because of them. Called and I was given hope that it will be sorted and that they will activate and change my debit order date but still they didn't deduct and I haven't received any reference number that I was promised to get and I'm still waiting for the recorded call I made were I said I want to change my debit order date....NOTHING from vodacom and I will not pay for anything until I get an explanation of who gave them the right to change my debit order and who will pay for the extra charges?! Very annoyed with this company and I actually no problems with them with my other contracts but now they just irritating and I want nothing more tondo with them, can't even cancel my current line because of the mess THAT THEY CREATED THEMSELVES!!!!
Was just at Clearly Park mall in Port Elizabeth, I ordered a double crammed crust(order number 36474142)10minutes after placing the order I went to the store and the lady assisted said that they called to tell me they couldn't do my call order cause of whatever reasons and when I showed her my call log then she started saying no the call didn't go through of whatever reason. Very disappointed and hungry cause we all know the shops closed early today cause of the lockdown that will take place at midnight, THEY COULD HAVE JUST DECLINED MY ORDER so i can go look elsewhere for food and not have a conversation that went nowhere!!!!!! Second time getting this type of service from a debonairs store! Very disappointed!!!!
